I have been a patient of Dr. Yana and her team since 2023, and I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with the care they have given me. Every member of the team is professional, kind, and genuinely dedicated to their patients. My journey started when I visited Dr. Yana for aligner treatment because I wanted to finally have straight teeth and smile with confidence. During my first examination, she discovered something that had been missed for a very long time. Around 1 year earlier, I had been experiencing pain in my lower jaw, but my previous dentist told me it was nothing. Dr. Yana found that I actually had two cysts, which was a very serious issue. One of the oral surgeons at the clinic performed an incredibly complex procedure to remove both cysts. I am forever grateful for the outstanding care, professionalism, and expertise they showed throughout the entire process. They truly did the impossible. After recovering, I continued my smile transformation with Dr. Yana, and she made my dream come true. I now have a beautiful, natural smile that I am proud to show. Throughout the entire treatment, she explained every step, answered all of my questions, and always gave the best advice whenever I had to make decisions about my teeth. I also received two dental implants, and they look and feel absolutely perfect. I would also like to mention that I don't live in Bulgaria—I live in Vienna, Austria. Despite the distance, Dr. Yana's team has always been incredibly accommodating. Every time I needed an appointment, they helped me find dates that worked with my travel schedule. On several occasions, I flew to Sofia for just one day, and even when unexpected treatment was needed, they organized everything so efficiently that I was able to complete my appointment and still catch my flight back to Vienna. Even now that my treatment is complete and I have my dream smile, I continue traveling from Vienna to Sofia for my regular check-ups because I trust Dr. Yana and her amazing team completely. The level of care, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness they provide is exceptional.
