Amazing recovery center, it changed my life and helped me so much on my recovery, best in Spain so far. Great people and facilities and amazing energy, amazing how they help you to accept and learn, new habits and a healthy lifestyle. I discovered the 12 step program with Steven( extraordinary brilliant person) and so much more. there is a solution.. but you have to be willing to do it and get your work done.
Amazing process group and therapy with Damaris ( amazing therapist) , the work shop with victor is amazing as well very good guy( the best ) with lot of experience and always helpful, as very grateful for Nikki always there for you as Jacqueline kind and comprehensive. I just can say good things, the aftercare program is also great and they are still helping me with a lot.
I truly recommend Innerlife as i wish anyone who is struggling can go in to get what I got cause is just amazing. Thank you so much!

Our daughter had reached rock bottom so when she said she wanted to go to rehab in Spain , we were a bit sceptical. But all our worries were soon quashed ! From the first day she felt secure and surrounded by a caring ‘ family’. The centre itself is in a beautiful setting and the programme is extremely well balanced with meetings , classes , activities , one to ones , doctors appointments and outings.She stayed for 5 weeks and emerged a totally different woman from when she arrived .She had an ADHD diagnosis while she was there( she had been on the waiting list for 5 years), so now with the correct meds and all the right tools to go forward , we are hopeful that she will carry on the correct path . Thank you Innerlife Spain , you are all wonderful .

I can not express in words how special InnerLife is. I arrived completely broken and desperate, I left after 28 days, feeling genuine hope for my future and well prepared for real life. Innerlife and all the beautiful humans that work there have literally saved my life. The program is perfectly balanced with in-depth recovery work and holistic therapy that is designed to really get to the route of your addiction, allowing you to understand your feelings and work proactively on repairing you from the inside out.
I know that InnerLife’s success is down to the combined experience in addiction that everyone has, they have lived through the same pain that you have, and truly understand. The program is designed to work through compassion and these lived experiences.
The facilities are exceptional, set in a beautiful location, surrounded by nature and very peaceful. My room ‘Hope’ was gorgeous, with a beautiful bed and was cleaned daily, I felt serene and calm there. The chefs are amazing, providing beautiful healthy food, you couldn’t want for better.
Over the last seven years I have had a lot of experience with centres in the Uk, I always felt like a commodity, unseen and ill-prepared for life in the real world. InnerLife is on another level to this, the small number of clients and dedication to you as an individual is very special and unique. I felt heard, seen and held. I wish I hadn’t wasted so many years and money before going there.
If you have a desire to live a happy sober life with ongoing support when you leave, I unreservedly recommend InnerLife, you will not regret it.

After twenty years of addiction to hard drugs, it was clear I needed help. My family intervened and requested that I go to rehab. In the end I consented.
I’m happy that I did. And I’m grateful to Inner Life for inspiring me to turn my life around.
Going to rehab is scary and uncomfortable under the best of circumstances, but Inner Life made me feel immediately welcome. The setting is certainly conducive to recovery. A white villa in the hills of Catalonia, with sheep, and chickens, and fresh eggs, and fresh orange juice every morning from the abundant fruit trees. Peace and quiet reign supreme.
I want to thank the lead therapists, Steven and Damaris, as well as the rest of the core staff, Nikki, Jimmy and Josh, for believing in me when I could not believe in myself.
I also want to thank Maria and Jose for their tireless work in keeping the center up and running, and Reynold, the chef, for his boundless enthusiasm. Never in my life have I met a kinder group of people.
