IsraRehab Clinic is a licensed specialty clinic in Israel dedicated to the treatment of alcohol, drug, and prescription medication addiction, as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. For more than 20 years, the clinic has provided comprehensive medical, psychiatric, and psychotherapeutic care for patients with substance use disorders.
The clinic operates under Israeli government licenses, including Ministry of Health License No. 16630, and follows national medical and ethical standards.
IsraRehab welcomes patients from Israel and abroad, including Europe, Eastern Europe, North America, and other regions. The medical team has extensive experience working with international patients, and consultations and treatment are available in Russian, English, and Hebrew.
Medical Team
The multidisciplinary team includes psychiatrists, addiction medicine physicians, psychotherapists, clinical psychologists, addiction specialists, family therapists, and rehabilitation professionals. Each patient receives an individualized treatment program based on a comprehensive assessment and current international treatment guidelines.

I came from a rough patch. Constantly throwing responsibility on others for my problems and blame. Was lost and shattered. Found IsraRehab, and life started to make sense. I'm grateful for what was done for me. Gave me a stable structure, taught me to take responsibility for my life. Along with a choice to not be a prisoner of my problems. I came here completely broken and I can say with certainty that this place changed my life. I've been to many rehabs In America. I always left and returned back to using opiates. This place focuses on inner changes, where I went through a very deep theraputical process. Worked through my traumas, got the help that I didn't even know I needed. This place gave me a deeper sense of awareness, choice, and a second chance at life. Today, I am 3 years and 4 months clean. My name is Svetlana, and I want to sincerely thank the IsraRehab center.
Eight years ago, my husband underwent treatment here and a long rehabilitation program. And today, after all these years, I can truly appreciate the result of the tremendous work that was done.
The most important thing I can say is this — you brought my husband back to me and gave our family the chance to start life anew.
Today, there is a completely different person next to me. Not the person he was before rehabilitation.
His mindset has changed, as has his attitude toward life, toward his family, and toward himself. Responsibility, maturity, and an entirely different understanding of his actions and decisions have appeared.

I was in this rehabilitation center for a month. Here, true high-level professionals work — psychotherapists and psychologists. It’s a very comfortable place, but most importantly, they really help here and achieve results.
Personally, this center helped me a lot. Before this, I underwent rehabilitation in other centers as well, but unfortunately without any results. So I have something to compare it with. I definitely recommend it.

I am incredibly grateful to Israrehab center and to everyone who has been part of my daughter’s recovery journey. She spent two years receiving treatment and support here, and the care, patience, compassion, and professionalism of the staff made a tremendous difference.
Recovery from alcohol addiction is not an easy journey, and having a safe, supportive, and structured environment was extremely important for my daughter. The staff treated her with dignity and understanding while also holding her accountable and helping her develop the tools she needed to move forward.
As a parent, watching your child struggle with addiction is incredibly difficult. Knowing that she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared about her well-being gave our family hope during some very challenging times.
I am especially thankful for the consistency and dedication of the staff throughout her two years of treatment. Their support helped my daughter make meaningful changes and gave her an opportunity to build a healthier and more stable future.

I want to thank the entire team of professionals at the IsraRehab center for the huge contribution they’ve made to my life. I came to the center almost 8 years ago in a terrible state from a psychiatric hospital. For the first six months, besides the center’s general program related to addiction, I also worked with Dr. Mark, a psychiatrist—so I’d like to thank him as well. After half a year, the dual-diagnosis treatment he had prescribed was canceled. To this day, I live without medications and without any other possible consequences. The addiction problem is treatable only thanks to a comprehensive approach and an individual program selected for each patient. Psychological support, group therapy, sports activities, and an active leisure time are only a small part of the vast number of tools and methods used to treat addiction at this center! Thanks to this place—which I can truly call my home—and, most importantly, the people here, I’ve been staying clean for 7 years and almost 8 months )))

I ended up at Slava’s seminars by chance, at least that’s what I thought at the time. Now I understand that nothing in this world is random. As it seemed to me, my dependent relative was on the way to recovery. That didn’t last long, and the addict returned to using. Even though I was in the program, I was being thrown from one side to the other. I didn’t have a plan for “what to do,” but I always had those “traps” close at hand—for me, and those “crutches” for my drug addict. Then, gathering up my courage, I called Slava.
What surprised me in our conversation was that he was honest with me. After listening to my rambling account of what was going on, Slava told me that for today he didn’t have the levers to carry out an intervention—that my addict wasn’t ready to get treatment. And he recommended that I work with Inessa (a practical psychologist from the center).
My sessions with Inessa gave me stability and hope. They led me to understand that I might need help even more than my beloved drug addict. For the first time in my life, I spoke about the problem out loud—about how I tried to either forget it like a nightmare, or blame myself and then punish myself. Through the work with Inessa, I was learning to recognize myself and slowly accept myself. The first gentle touch to a wounded soul, the first lesson, and the first feeling that you are accepted as you are—with all your particularities—the first flicker of light in the darkness of our madness.
In the dependent person’s life, changes happened—but not for the better. In a short period of time, two detoxes. And each time there was an agreement that “now he’s going to the Izarrehab center,” each time the trip was postponed “for later” or “never.”
All this time, Slava called and, after listening to me, gave advice on how to proceed next—preparing the ground for an intervention. He was looking for my weak and strong sides.
They say that when something is meant to happen, it will happen. The intervention took place, and my dependent flew off to the center. If it seems to you that with the start of rehabilitation everything ends and ordinary life begins… NO, it’s not like that—THIS IS THE BEGINNING. The beginning of the difficult work of the center’s specialists with the addict himself, and simultaneously with every member of the family.
I would especially like to draw attention to how the rehabilitation system is built at the IzarRehab Center. At the time when addicts go through the recovery program by working with specialists—working on the history of their addiction, working through their resentments and fears—small therapeutic groups are organized for the relatives of the addicts, as well as individual sessions with specialists from the center.
After the program ends for the addicts, a resocialization program is prepared, where they learn new skills. Under the supervision of specialists, the addict independently(!) resolves personal problems and makes decisions about their life as a whole.
In this way, several very important issues are addressed at once: the addict begins to realize and take responsibility for their decisions and actions; acquires new habits and skills; restores family connections; feels support; and feels needed by getting involved in active social life.
Addiction is a family disease. That’s why I continue attending groups for codependents, stay in touch with Vyacheslav. Recovery is a long process for the entire family.
Thank you for your support and your experience. Because of your professionalism, your work, your contribution to each of us, we learn again how to build relationships and discover each other from sides we didn’t know about—or didn’t want to see—before.

I sincerely thank the entire ISRA Rehab team for their professionalism, support, and genuine care. My son was at the center for three years, and during this time I saw the work of real specialists who know how to find an approach both to the most dependent person and to their family.
Special thanks to the psychiatrist Mark, Bella, for her sensitivity, professionalism, and support, as well as to Slava for his wise guidance and the center’s unique philosophy of working.
For me, this period became a time of personal growth. Thanks to the team’s work, I learned to set healthy boundaries, stopped living with constant fear for my son, and understood that each person is responsible for their own life and their choices. The biggest gain for me was realizing that parents also have the right to live their own lives, enjoy themselves, and be happy, regardless of the illness of a loved one.
