DHI is a method similar to FUE. The only difference is in an instrument which is similar to a ballpoint pen. A hair transplant specialist “charges” hair grafts into the instrument and injects it into the scalp. The key benefit of this method is the shorter time of the hair channel making the risk of infection much less.
✓ PRP treatment for hair loss
The PRP procedure, or platelet-rich plasma therapy, aims to treat alopecia on its onset, activate hair growth and returns its healthy color and shine.

The single positive aspect of this entire process was the staff. They were wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the surgeon and the clinic itself was profoundly disappointing, and I'm very concerned with how my otoplasty recovery is going so far. The gap between the supportive staff and the actual medical treatment I received is hard to understand. The facility did not meet my expectations for a medical setting in any capacity. Based on this, I would absolutely not recommend this clinic to anyone considering a similar procedure.
Do not go with bookimed.com. I didn’t liked from the moment when I arrived to airport anyone wasn’t there to pick me up, you know when you arrive any place you have no internet and you can’t make any phone calls or text so night mares already start.

My surgeon, Dr. Ergin Er, was fantastic and I would highly recommend him—he was honest about realistic results and explained the scar placement clearly before my 360 VASER lipo and full tummy tuck with muscle repair. Having seen my scar it looks perfect so far. There were no additional expenses on top of what I paid. The nurses were wonderfully friendly and the clinic food was lovely - they even had food for my friend who came with me!
The clinic stayed in touch constantly and provided a clear aftercare guide, making it easy to know what to do. While there was a slight language barrier with some nurses, it was never a problem as they used translation apps to communicate.
My advice: don’t bring many clothes - you won’t need them, but do bring comfy shoes and clothes with pockets for your two drains. And make sure to get up and walk around as it aids healing and you will feel better.
I had a 360° VASER liposuction procedure, tummy tuck and abdominal muscle repair, and overall I’ve had a really positive experience from start to finish\.
From the very beginning, Bookimed answered every question I had and were incredibly helpful\. No matter what time I messaged, someone was always there to answer my queries and put my mind at ease\.
The transfers between the airport, hotel and hospital were excellent, and the instructions for where to go and what to expect were very clear\. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was lovely\.
My coordinator, Ege, was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process\. He was always at the end of a message whenever I needed him, kept in constant contact, explained everything clearly, and was always able to reassure me whenever I felt anxious\.
At the hospital, I met the anaesthesiologist, who was kind, professional and explained everything clearly\. My surgeon, Dr Ergin Er, was equally reassuring\. He carefully went through the procedure with me, completed all of the markings and made sure I understood what would happen before surgery\.
I’ll admit I became quite emotional as I was being taken down to theatre, but the nurses were incredibly kind\. They held my hand, comforted me and made me feel safe, which meant a great deal\.
When I woke up after surgery, I was looked after wonderfully\. The nursing staff were attentive throughout my recovery and were always there to help whenever I needed anything\. Even the hospital food was surprisingly lovely\. My mum stayed with me throughout my time in hospital, and she was provided with meals as well, which was a lovely touch\. Before we were discharged, we were both even given breakfast and lunch, which was much appreciated\.
There was occasionally a slight language barrier with some of the nurses, but it was never a real problem\. Most spoke good English, and anyone who wasn’t confident simply used a translation app, so communication was always possible\.
Throughout my recovery, Ege continued to check in regularly and made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do at each stage\.
Although I’m still healing, my scar already looks very neat and tidy, and from everything I’ve seen so far, I’m extremely pleased with the results of my surgery\.
I would happily recommend Bookimed, Ege, Istanbul Aesthetics Centre and Dr Ergin Er to anyone considering cosmetic surgery in Turkey\. Travelling abroad for surgery is a big decision, but I felt supported every step of the way and wouldn’t hesitate to choose them again.
Genuinely I can’t think of anything.
It’s such a massive decision and the whole time I had full confidence in what was happening and the staff.

I now feel better than I expected
What worried me most was how such a large number of new crowns would look and feel. But my dentist was very attentive. He carefully checked my bite, matched the colour of the zirconia crowns to my teeth, and showed me the result before fitting them. In the end, I had more than seven crowns fitted, and I now feel better than I expected. The support from the clinic is also great — they’re always on hand. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to ask straight away how many days the treatment will take, and to make sure they allow an extra two days for flights.
I didn’t say I was looking for a cheap clinic; I was looking for high-quality work. The dentist fitted 21 zirconia crowns. I’m not experiencing any discomfort or pain. A brilliant job. Many thanks to the dentist and the interpreter. The transfer service was excellent.
Be sure to check exactly how long it will take the clinic to carry out the dental work. Seven days is the minimum. Do not include the day of arrival or departure of your flight.

The conversation with my surgeon before the procedure put me at ease. He was honest about a realistic final cup size and took his time to explain scar placement and the healing process, measuring and marking everything carefully. They performed a breast reduction and lift with FNG, removing a significant 2.7 lbs per breast. So far, I'm feeling better than expected. Everything went smoothly. Be aware that you'll need to purchase your own medication for after you leave the clinic—painkillers, vitamins, and scar cream were all things the doctor advised. A practical tip for anyone preparing for this: definitely bring stool softeners and use them after surgery, as the medication can make you constipated.

My surgeon was excellent
I’ll be honest, this recovery has been more physically demanding and difficult than I anticipated so far. That said, I feel good about my decision. The surgery was liposuction with gland excision on my chest, and my surgeon was excellent. He was honest about realistic results and clearly explained the technique, the compression vest, and the recovery period. The clinic staff stayed in touch afterward, which was helpful. The only unexpected expense was for food, as the partner hotel makes you take the more expensive room service. My main advice: don’t do it alone if possible. Having someone would’ve made a lot of things easier and it won’t cost you more. Also, bring a bag with everything you need and put it on the table; I really struggled getting around at first.
Coordinator (Ege) is very nice and helpful, nice guy. Dr Ergin was also very relaxed, calm and knowledgeable, so you are put at ease very quickly. You get your own room, and if you have a partner come they are full supported and have a sofa bed there too (I was solo and would recommend not to do it solo)
Really only 2 negatives otherwise very good - Right at the start when the cannula was put in, I told them I was bad with needles / blood / vein related activity, but they didn’t understand. So I had to lay down, but still needed to sign the anaesthesia documents. After 5 mins I got up, went light headed, tried to get back to the bed, past out and banged my head on something as I went down and woke up panicked on the floor alone. This was a translation issue, but it was kind of a shaking experience right at the start. The other was the sleep sedative not working for 2-3 hours, not much sleep nor pain relief at that point.
