About the clinic
Tooth restoration using bonding at İstinye Dental Hospital in Istanbul, Turkey, provides a fast way to repair chips and close gaps in a single visit. This procedure uses composite resin to fix front teeth and is performed by a team of university-affiliated specialists. The hospital is JCI-accredited and part of the MLPCARE healthcare group, which follows high international safety standards.
The Dental Bonding Procedure
Dental bonding is a method where a specialist applies a tooth-colored resin to the tooth surface. The material is a mixture of acrylic resin and glass-like fillers such as quartz. The doctor shapes this material to fix chipped teeth, close gaps, or reshape teeth that look out of place. This technique helps preserve the natural tooth structure because it is less invasive than porcelain veneers. Patients usually find the process quick and painless. Because the resin is shaped directly in the chair, the treatment is often reversible.
Academic Expertise and Technology
The Restorative Dentistry department at İstinye Dental Hospital is led by academic professionals. Prof. Tuğba Toz Akalın and Asst. Prof. Mustafa Orkun Ertuğrul specialize in aesthetic fillings and diastema treatments. Asst. Prof. Kübra Cantürk and Asst. Prof. Ahmad Bittar also provide expertise in adhesive systems and anterior region fillers. The hospital uses 3D imaging and digital scanning to plan each restoration. These digital tools help the doctors achieve a natural look that mimics tooth enamel.
Patient Care at İstinye Dental Hospital
The facility has 8 departments and 30 doctors to handle various dental needs. All medical and surgical equipment follows high sterilization standards to keep patients safe. International patients receive support through translation services to make their visit easier. Since the hospital is part of İstinye University, the doctors use researched methods for caries detection and adhesive applications. From the moment you walk in, all the staff and doctors are incredibly attentive. Doctors Aslı and Orkun were friendly, informative about every detail, and meticulously and patiently navigated the entire process. I've decided to proceed with all my procedures here.

We came in this morning because of a problem with my wife's teeth. Both the staff and our doctor, Aslı, were very attentive. The hospital has a clean environment and a very good pricing policy. We would definitely recommend it.

As a result of my postponements, I've begun a long-term treatment process at my beloved hospital. It's relatively new, spotlessly clean, and has a prime location. Thanks to them, the Dental Hospital, a valuable resource in the area, is now available. When I went for my first appointment, the friendly staff at the entrance were so helpful that it eased my pain. I can't write their names because of my astigmatism, so I can't read them. However, I've encountered different people with the same treatment each time. Thank you all. My first appointment with Aslı Tahmaz went very well. I'm incredibly grateful for her attentiveness and care. Thanks to Aslı, I'm continuing there. I felt in safe hands from the very first moment. Afterward, I had several appointments for root canal treatment, and everything went smoothly. She's a specialist who has instilled confidence in me since the first day. I believe I'll be able to solve the problems I've been struggling with for years with her. I'm so glad I met her. Of course, I owe a special thank you to Aslı's team, they're all exceptional. I hope to complete my treatment with Aslı and move forward with Mustafa Orkun. Orkun's energy is wonderful, and thanks to his calm and reassuring demeanor, I've decided to begin implant treatment, which I'd never even considered. I needed a tooth extracted, and Orkun performed the procedure. This is a very traumatic experience for me, and I was terrified, but even two hours after the procedure, I felt great. Thankfully, I'm no longer so afraid of extractions. My brother had a toothache and needed a root canal. Thanks to Aslı, his treatment was completed. Some might wonder how a hospital or dentist can be so highly praised. Having received regular dental treatment since I was 11 years old and having had numerous experiences, both good and bad, I felt compelled to write about the experience of encountering such an excellent team. I'm currently referring everyone in my circle, regardless of their condition, to at least get a consultation so everyone can experience the quality of this service. I'm incredibly grateful for the hard work of Aslı, Orkun, and, of course, the entire team.

"I am absolutely thrilled with the care I received from Dr. Cansu Ozcan. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Cansu took the time to thoroughly assess my dental needs and explained every step of the treatment process in a way that made me feel completely at ease. The procedure itself was pain-free, and the results were outstanding. The clinic is modern, spotless, and comfortable, and the entire team is incredibly attentive and kind. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Cansu to anyone seeking high-quality dental care. Thank you for exceeding my expectations!"
