My father-in-law used your services several times over the past few months under the National Health Fund (NFZ). I accompanied him, so I decided to write this review. We encountered full professionalism from the ladies at reception, to the doctor, and the ladies in nursing. My father-in-law felt well taken care of. The ladies at reception answered questions about the available appointments calmly and patiently. The nursing staff took care of my father-in-law’s psychological comfort during the procedure and kept him in good spirits. The doctor patiently explained the course of the illness and the examinations. It’s hard to find such empathetic and polite staff. Thank you!

Beautifully renovated, modernly equipped facility. Preparation and the procedure were well coordinated. Equipment is at a world-class level. Everyone was kind and helpful. I was in the surgical ward, which I can recommend—the conditions are truly very good. It was very important to me that even after discharge, when I contacted them because of worrying symptoms, I was “taken care of.” It’s a private hospital, but it also provides services under the National Health Fund (NFZ).

I just got back from surgery done in this hospital. I never leave reviews, but in this case I decided to share my experience anyway. I couldn’t believe the hospital could be so well organized and so patient-friendly. The nurses were amazing—caring, empathetic, and looking after me all night because I was feeling worse. The coordinators were helpful and polite, making my stay on the ward easier. A wonderful doctor, Dr. Stec—a great professional, but also extremely pleasant, explaining everything patiently, a human being who made me feel safe and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

On 12.10.2026 I had a coronary angiography performed by Dr Robert Czarnecki. The procedure went quickly and smoothly. The doctor explained very clearly what procedures were being carried out.
The supervising doctor was Dr Marzena Osica—nice, kind,

I went to the urgent care ward with an open finger wound. Within less than two hours, I was already out with my finger stitched. The nurses were extremely—really—kind and helpful (11.10.2026). On the ward that day, Dr Przemysław Sroczyński was on duty. He was very friendly and professional, which made the stitching much less stressful. This was my first private visit to the ER, and I’m glad I didn’t go to a public hospital, where I would have been waiting, in uncertainty, probably for several hours, worried about losing a piece of my finger.
