Mali Care is a multi-specialty senior care and wellness center in Nonthaburi, Thailand, with a garden on its 8th-floor rooftop, combining geriatric care with physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, regenerative medicine and dental care. Founded in 2024, the center operates 6 departments with 30 beds and a team of 3 doctors, nurses and trained caregivers, treating around 1,000 patients a year. It is equipped to support older adults physically, emotionally, socially and mentally, working to professional ethical standards and providing holistic, multidisciplinary care that combines several health disciplines to prevent and treat disease with lasting results.

Senior Care and Recovery Stay

Single and twin rooms are available for senior care and recovery stays, with 24/7 nurses and caregivers, doctor visits twice a week, meals planned by a nutritionist, and daily exercise and activities. Rooms include air-conditioning, a TV, a fridge, Wi-Fi and an emergency button. Bathrooms are designed for seniors, with grab bars, a shower chair, an emergency button and flat, slip-safe floors.

Physiotherapy and Hydrotherapy

The physiotherapy program treats tendon and muscle inflammation, neck, shoulder, back and knee pain, frozen shoulder, office syndrome, stroke, Parkinson's disease, paralysis, brain or spinal cord injury, and post-surgery rehabilitation. It is offered at two levels:

• Standard: ultrasound, electrical stimulation, manual therapy and stretching.
• Premium: the Standard program plus PMS.

Hydrotherapy addresses joint pain, stiffness, muscle weakness, stroke recovery, sports injuries, balance problems and pregnancy-related conditions.

Day Care and Home Health Care

• Day care: available daily from 08:00 to 17:00, with certified caregivers, lunch and 2 snacks, and brain and body exercises.
• Home health care: medication management and injections, health checks, blood pressure monitoring, tube feeding, and physiotherapy at home.

Regenerative Medicine and Wellness

The regenerative medicine program restores and repairs worn or damaged cells, tissues and organs. It includes hormone balancing, stem cell therapy using cells derived from the patient's own fat tissue, PRP injections and 100% oxygen therapy.

Dental Care

The dental department provides checkups, scaling, fillings, extractions, dental implants, dentures, crowns, whitening and gum disease treatment.

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Thai Massage

Traditional Chinese medicine treatments include acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, body massage, salt compress, facial massage and head massage with a buffalo-horn tool. Thai massage offers full-body relaxation, pain relief and herbal compress treatment.

Caregiver Training

The Mali Care Caregiver School trains nursing assistants in elderly care, first aid, bedridden-patient care and mental health support.
