I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints
The experience was really good they looked after me well and the clinic was very good the only problem I had was the price the whole procedure was £6000 and I have another £3900 to pay in December when I get my new teeth and the implants I’ve had don’t stick out of my gum you can’t even see them I hope there in there the implants my friend had they stuck out of his gum they was massive so that’s the only problem was how expensive the procedure was Yes my gums are stitched up still and yes I saw the scan with my implants in I’m very happy with the experience I really am I’ve no complaints I can’t wait to get my new teeth so thanks

My greatest concern was about possible hidden fees, but there were no additional expenses beyond the agreed amount. The doctor clearly explained all material options, provided a digital outcome forecast, and allowed me to try on a temporary version. This is a modern clinic with people dedicated to their profession. The staff is extremely friendly, the team is always available, and a translator is constantly present, which is very important. They also stayed in touch with me after the procedure, checked on my well-being, and provided clear care instructions. The only advice for future patients is to clarify all details regarding the choice of implants and their cost in advance.

It's reassuring that a language interpreter is always by the patient's side, which is crucial during treatment. Overall, the staff and conditions at the clinic leave a positive impression.

An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-organized and clear, even the hotel with a sea view was wonderful. But most importantly, the doctor has golden hands, thank you for the excellent work! I had 12 Medentika implants placed, and now I feel better than I expected. The process was very well-coordinated. However, I had to lower the overall rating due to organizational issues: I was not informed in advance about the existence of implants of different quality and price, and unfortunately, there were unexpected problems with cashless payment.
An excellent team of professionals, everything is well-coordinated, clear, and understandable; a wonderful hotel with a sea view. Most importantly, heartfelt thanks to the doctors for their outstanding work!!!
There were issues with cashless payments, I was not informed that there are implants of varying quality and price, and there were problems with the cashless additional payment.
