Diagnostic Scope and Programs
The screening identifies potential issues with organ function, hormone balance, and early signs of chronic disease. Patients can select from three specific diagnostic tiers based on their health goals:
- Essential Health Checkup. Includes blood count, kidney and liver function, blood sugar, cholesterol, thyroid, testosterone, PSA, iron, and inflammation markers.
- In-Depth Health Program. Adds cortisol levels, extended iron studies, hepatitis screening, and AFP, CEA, and CA19-9 cancer markers to the essential panel.
- Total Vitality Program. Provides the most detailed view by adding vitamins A, C, E, B1, B12, D, and homocysteine levels to the In-Depth panel.
Preparation and Visit Details
A typical visit takes around 30 minutes to complete the blood draw and physical examination. Patients must fast for 8 hours before their appointment if their panel includes blood sugar and cholesterol testing, though drinking water is permitted. The clinic recommends morning appointments before 10:00 for the most reliable hormone readings. During the visit, a physician performs a physical exam and checks blood pressure while considering the patient's family history.
Results and Setting
The clinic is located in Bangkok's Chidlom area and operates as an outpatient facility. Results arrive within 1 to 2 working days. A doctor reviews these findings to explain the numerical data and discuss the next steps for health management. Testing is available throughout the day, and patients should bring their current medication list and any previous lab results to the appointment. Annual screening is generally recommended, with prostate-specific testing starting between ages 40 and 50.

Menscape Clinic is a men's-only medical clinic in central Bangkok, Thailand, founded in 2015. It brings consultation, diagnostics, treatment, surgery and medication management for men into one private setting. There are two locations: Chidlom (Maneeya Center, Phloen Chit Road, next to BTS Chidlom) and Asok. Both are open every day.
Licensing and team
The clinic is licensed by Thailand's Ministry of Public Health (MOPH), and every doctor is registered with the Medical Council of Thailand. The team of 13 physicians is led by board-certified urologists trained at Siriraj Hospital (Mahidol University), Chulalongkorn University and Thammasat University, and includes a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon, an anti-aging and regenerative medicine physician certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, and aesthetic physicians. Consultations and procedures take place in private rooms; surgery is performed at partner hospitals in Bangkok.

Was there for a circumcision, very nice clinic, have massage couch, give you tea so you can relax before surgery. I went after 1 month to remove 1 staple and they did it for free. Nothing bad to say about the service, the surgery went well and looking good. Thank you
