I had a highly positive experience at New Al Shefa Clinic, and I cannot recommend Dr. Ahmad Zadeh and his team enough. Dr. Ahmad Zadeh is an exceptional professional who gave us a lot of time during our visit. He explained everything in complete detail, which was incredibly comforting, unlike many other doctors who always seem to be in a rush to finish the appointment. You can truly tell he cares about his patients. The clinic's staff is equally lovely. Today I visited New Al Shefa Clinic in JLT for a consultation with Dr. Safa, and I felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I booked my appointment, I was already impressed. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and organized. They promptly sent my appointment confirmation, followed by a detailed reminder the day before and another reminder on the day of my appointment. It's these small touches that make patients feel valued and well taken care of. As for my consultation with Dr. Safa... I honestly don't know where to begin. In all my years of visiting doctors, I have never met one who takes so much time to genuinely listen to a patient's concerns. He asked about my previous treatments, wanted to understand my expectations, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the consultation. What truly stood out was how thoroughly he explained everything. Using pictures, videos, and real examples, he walked me through the different treatment options. He then handed me a mirror and carefully went through each concern I had mentioned, explaining what he observed and why he believed certain treatments would be the most suitable. I never felt rushed, pressured, or encouraged to make a decision on the spot. Instead, I felt educated, respected, and confident. Just two weeks ago, I visited another clinic for the very same concerns. That consultation lasted no more than 10 minutes, and it was obvious that the main objective was to get me to pay for treatments immediately. Ironically, I had chosen that doctor because of her impressive Instagram page, but I left feeling disappointed. My experience with Dr. Safa was the complete opposite. It was professional, honest, informative, and genuinely patient-focused. It exceeded all my expectations, and I can honestly say it was a 10/10 experience. I cannot thank my dear friend enough for recommending Dr. Safa. It's rare to come across a doctor who combines expertise with such genuine care and compassion, and he is definitely one of the best I've met. I can't wait to begin my treatments with Dr. Safa, and I'll definitely be writing a second review once my treatment journey is complete. If every doctor approached patient care the way Dr. Safa does, healthcare would be a truly amazing experience.
