I want to tell you about my FANTASTIC experience with the New City Clinic. I learned about them through a well-known social media personality, and from there I contacted them. From the very beginning, I connected with Klea, who was the best interpreter I could ask for. She had the patience to address all my anxieties and concerns about undergoing this procedure as an Italian in Turkey. Klea provided me with all the details I needed. She left nothing to chance before I arrived, and everything agreed upon was not only delivered correctly, but exceeded my expectations. I received magnificent treatment from everyone, from the surgeon, Dr. Orkun, whom I will never thank enough for the WOW effect he gave my new body, which I can finally say I love after 33 years, to the nurses, who were magical, and the magnificent hospital where I had the procedure and where I stayed for two days. Everything was truly taken care of down to the last detail, without ever making you feel alone. Be very careful. BE REPORTED FOR SCAM! They use images and videos of procedures performed by expert surgeons (without their authorization) and then, at the last minute, they tell you that a complete stranger will be operating on you, one with no experience and/or negative reviews from people who have ruined their business! Always ask who will be operating on you, and if they put you in touch with supposedly "happy" patients, make sure they were operated on by the surgeon they recommend! They survive (for now) thanks to the fact that they briefly collaborated with a luminary, who hasn't worked with them since March 2025. They use his results and then use you as cannon fodder along with recent graduates or incompetent people, at absurd (and very high) prices for Turkey! If you find out about the scam, literally on your skin, they disappear and no longer respond, keeping the deposit (which is a lot of money for Turkey!). I contacted my lawyer, who advised me to file a complaint since they don't respond to amicable resolution. Shameless and shameless scammers. I lost €1,000, which the bank refunded following my complaint, and they kept a €300 deposit, which they'll spend on Imodium! Added following the scammers' response: yes, it's true, I postponed TWICE for work, notifying them MONTHS in advance... too bad the hospital in Turkey is paid a week in advance, the surgeon and everything else later... you didn't lose money, you stole it by perpetuating your charade for months! It's incredible how they disappeared and haven't responded for months, only to immediately return with this shameful response. BE CAREFUL! It's your skin...
