I had THE BEST experience at Ocean Clinic with Dr. Kai and all of the staff. They have been extremely accommodating with me living over two hours away. It has definitely been worth the drive. The staff have all been so kind and welcoming every visit I have had (which is over 5). My procedure was so smooth, I absolutely loved my operating room nurse and staff. I couldn't ask for anything better. It was extra comfortable for me because they were all able to communicate with me in english, which is a giant bonus. I can't thank them enough!

From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Kaye takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and provide thorough explanations about treatment options. His expertise and attention to detail are evident throughout the process. The front end staff at Ocean Clinic are truly exceptional people. From reception, to the nursing staff and the post-op specialists there's not a bad egg anywhere to be seen (there are egg-shaped 'sink in and hide inside' armchairs however). Special mention to Ana, Kamil and Vanessa who are not only very professional but also genuinely wonderful and helpful souls. I've had two procedures so far, and Dr Kaye and Dr Paprottka have been (as far as I can tell) very skilful and dedicated surgeons with very high standards. I took one star off because they're also VERY BUSY people and sometimes you get the impression that they're less concerned about who's present than about who's coming in next. Both Drs explained everything in great detail when prompted. They have their own fully equipped operating theatre in their offices, and a small recovery room with ensuite plus additional facilities upstairs including remedial massage, IR, RF and general testing equipment. There is both staircase access and a lift for those less able or inclined make the journey to the 2nd floor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean Clinic in Marbella.
