Today I had pain in my left shoulder, around the area behind the shoulder blade. After receiving physiotherapy, they did an ultrasound to identify the exact point where my body was truly in pain. The symptoms started to ease up. After the session was finished, I felt lighter, and it was very genuine physical therapy. I feel good—there was also a shoulder massage to relieve the area before the treatment was completed.
