I came with my wife to Punta Cana for dental implant treatment, but I was not satisfied with the service and quality of the clinics there. So I decided to check the capital, Santo Domingo — and that’s where I found Dr. Paulino and his private clinic.
From the very first meeting, he made an excellent impression as a person, and later we went through a fairly extensive course of treatment. We started the first stage of implants, and everything went very well.

I love this place and the whole team is very profissional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable and calm. Doctor Paulino is a magician, he made perfect job for me with the crown and root treatment. I was só afraid and panicked but he treated me very well. I had sedation for the first time in my life and I was glad to do it with these highly pro medical people. It’s definitely the best clinic in Dominica❤️🌸

I can’t recommend this place enough! I came from Germany and had a hard time finding a dentist who could truly help with the pain I was experiencing in my gums. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive to detail, and most importantly honest. They have great prices and don’t try to upsell unnecessary treatments but instead focus on giving you exactly what you need and more. The area is nice and safe, and the office itself is spotless. It has a luxurious, modern decor that still manages to feel warm, familiar, and welcoming. After my teeth deep cleaning, I walked out feeling like a brand-new person. Thank you Dr. Pedro Paulino!
