Facial Surgery and Breast Procedures

The practice emphasizes individualized planning for facial harmony. Dr. Sérgio Keinert refines his techniques through specialized training, including the Deep Plane Facelift immersion congress. This focus helps achieve results that look natural rather than operated upon.

The clinic offers a variety of facial and breast treatments:

• Rhinoplasty – including open, closed, and wide-nose reconstruction.
• Otoplasty – surgical correction of prominent ears.
• Breast Reduction – removes tissue to improve posture and comfort.
• Mommy Makeover – combines abdominal and breast procedures.
• Blepharoplasty – upper eyelid surgery to refresh the gaze.

Post-operative care is central to the clinic's service. For breast surgeries, the clinic requires annual follow-up visits to monitor long-term implant safety.

Equipment and Technologies

The clinic uses modern energy-based platforms to improve surgical results and skin quality. A primary technology is Renuvion (J-Plasma). This system combines radiofrequency energy with helium plasma to heat and contract tissue under the skin. Surgeons use it during liposuction to improve skin firmness and contour.

For non-surgical skin rejuvenation, the clinic provides chemical peels. These treat melasma, fine wrinkles, and acne scarring by improving overall skin texture.

International Patient Services

The practice supports international patients with communication in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. The clinic follows globally oriented procedure standards for consistency. Every patient receives a tailored recovery pathway – a complete guide covering dressings, compression garment use, and activity restrictions for each healing phase.
