In July of 2021 Dr. Radzikowska proform my breast lift surgery. I am finally writing my opinion. I have to say that I am beyond happy with results. My breasts look young and natural. Dr. Radzikowska is a fantastic surgeon and also have a nicest personality. She guided me and gave me all information and advise. The hospital were she proform surgery is top quality. Also staff in her office is most profesional and helpful. After the surgery I also had done a laser sliming treatment around my abdomen in her clinic. I must say that results are great. I came to Dr. Radzikowska all the way from Los Angeles and I would do it again.

I paid 300pln for a consultation. In this consultation I asked for more elaborate information of the procedure and was told once you book you will get it. My questions were simple: how long will it take? How do I prepare? What happens? The lady (who never introduced herself to me, I presume the surgeon) was so blaze and made me feel like a bother rather than a client. Finally I ended up booking as I had a recommendation from someone that years ago they had a good experience. Along comes the day before the surgery. Still I had no details of how to prepare and what to expect… I had not received the confirmation of the price. So I called to check. The receptionist (both of which are wonderful and helpful) mentioned my procedure, which happened to be the wrong one and had no info on me. She contacted the higher ups… because I wasn’t very confident in a company who cannot even remember what procedures they will be doing on me. The reply was 1000pln more expensive than the price I was told and this was with a 20% discount for my trouble. I asked to have a free consultation or at least have my original one refunded and was told no. Finally they didn’t even want to honour the original price the lady (probably surgeon) told me. This clinic fills me with no confidence and I wouldn’t risk my body to them.
