Treatment of pulpitis in RealDent Modern Dental Clinic

RealDent Modern Dental Clinic is a private dental facility in Baku, Azerbaijan. The clinic opened in 1998 and has three specialized departments. A team of dentists treats adults and children, focusing on orthodontics, pediatric care, and restorative work.

Clinic Achievements and Standards

The facility holds a medical practice license from Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy. It also has an anesthesiology and resuscitation license (No. ISN/L-311/2016) for sedation services. RealDent follows an "Anti-hepatitis" program with strict sterilization based on European medical standards.

Specialized Orthodontic Care

Chief Physician Dr. Iqbal Suleymanov leads the orthodontic department. He has over 25 years of experience. The clinic offers several methods to correct alignment and bite issues:

• Clear aligners – removable transparent devices made with German FAS Forestadent systems.
• Lingual braces – brackets placed on the back of teeth using the Incognito system.
• Bracket systems – options include Damon Clear, Clarity ceramic, and Pitts 21 self-ligating braces.
• Digital planning – 3D models help specialists map out tooth movement.

Computer software plans each aligner to match the patient's unique oral structure.

Pediatric Dentistry and Laser Treatment

Dr. Sevda Allahverdiyeva heads the pediatric department with over 15 years of experience. The team focuses on stress-free care for children. They manage baby teeth to support healthy permanent tooth growth. Treatment methods include:

• Laser dentistry – the Fotona LightWalker Laser allows treatment without anesthesia.
• Sedation – anesthesiologists provide painless care for children who feel fear.
• Preventive management – interventions to encourage permanent tooth growth and correct bite problems.

The laser approach avoids traditional anesthetics, so it helps prevent dental phobia in young patients.

Surgical and Restorative Procedures

Dr. Zulfiya Suleymanova handles complex restorative cases. She has over 20 years of experience. Surgical procedures like extractions and implants can be done under general anesthesia on request. The clinic offers several restoration options:

• Zirconium and PFM crowns – porcelain-fused-to-metal cores, mainly for back teeth.
• Minimal prep veneers – thin shells placed on front teeth to improve appearance.
• 3D implant planning – digital imaging lets surgeons place implants virtually before surgery.

Specialists also perform root canal treatments and care for cavities and infections.

Diagnostic Technologies

RealDent uses modern digital systems for accurate diagnostics. Treatment planning relies on Cone Beam CT (CBCT) scans and 3D dental imaging. The diagnostic suite includes:

• Sirona intraoral scanner – creates digital impressions without traditional molds.
• Digital Smile Design (DSD) – patients see projected results before treatment begins.
• 3D Printing – Formlabs 4 and Form 2 devices create orthodontic models.

These tools help specialists see the full jaw structure before starting surgical or orthodontic work.

Patient Safety and Support

Anesthesiologists monitor all sedation procedures continuously. After implant surgery, patients receive recovery guidelines. These include dietary restrictions and antiseptic rinses. Medication schedules and hygiene instructions help ensure long-term treatment success.
