I am extremely happy with my new smile !!! Amazing customer service ! The coordinator that took care of my experience was SOUHAIB! He was very responsive and made sure everything was up to my expectations!! ANFEL was very helpful as well as very warm and welcoming! The doctors are great !!! They really make sure that all your concerns and needs are met in the earliest delay. Did i also mention they speak many languages that help alot especially in Turkey. Overall extremely happy with my teeth and the customer service provided.

The doctors are young professionals, they do it clearly and quickly, they show attention and care to the patient, the hotel is 5 stars, I got 10 implants, I am very pleased with the procedure, I definitely recommend it. A transfer and an interpreter in the clinic is provided, THANKS !!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The dental surgery was effective and painless. But i would have liked a more detailed explanation of all the stages and what to expect. My mouth was uncomfortable, mainly the stitches but not painful. The hotel was very nice. but obviously the food you can eat without Teath is limited. Overall i am pleased with the first stage of my implants looking forward to stage 2

Maksym was such a support nothing was too much trouble I would highly recommend bookimed my only criticism the hotel was remote and food was seriously lacking but extremely clean and very helpful

Outstanding. Simply put there is no words that can express the five star treatment and outcome of my treatment and new teeth. From the airport pick up, dental staff, host staff and hotel everything was 5 star. If I could give higher I would. Dont hesitate this is thr best of thr best.
