The team is very organised, time was an important factor to me. I did not want to stay in the hotel longer than I needed.
Akilay was amazing for coordinating my stay and medical needs. She made everything happen smoothly . She messaged me daily for the upcoming appointments and their time. Ismihan's needle game is very strong, she had the smoothest hands. Normally nurses have a really hard time finding my
Vein. She is also very empathetic.
Hospital staff was arguing late at night after my surgery. I could hear their conversations right after my surgery. They should be more professional.
