The stuff are easy to communicate
I didn’t get what I want to be done , because lack of communication. Between the coordinator and the doctor so the whole thing wasn’t done according to what was planned

The doctor was very experienced and the medical staff extremely nice and helpful. They also helped with no extra cost when my husband experienced complications with blood pressure after the procedure. Follow-up was also great with multiple visits to clean wounds and make sure everything heals properly
The pre-surgery instructions need to be more detailed especially in reference to full anaesthesia (when to stop eating, which medications to stop, etc.)

Bookimed will offer support until you are over there and something is going wrong. I ended up not getting the nose I wanted and I didn’t even get picked up for my surgery and was ignored by both bookimed and the clinic for hours
