My main concern was choosing a clinic, as it's hard to compare them from afar. The process was very good. My Bookimed coordinator had quick replies and stayed in touch, which was reassuring. The surgeon was amazing, would definitely recommend; my three stitches were very small and neat, and I hardly had any post surgery pain, it was very minimal. I'm still feeling the fatigue from healing and am at about 50% capacity. The only real issue was that my post-surgery documents were not translated into English. Despite this, I am satisfied with the medical care I received.
Coordinator had quick replies and stayed in touch. Surgeon was amazing, would definitely recommend. My stitches were very small and neat. Hardly had any post surgery pain, was very minimal

Looking in the mirror two weeks later is still quite jarring. I expected a quicker turnaround, but at 15 days post-op, there is simply too much swelling to tell how my eyes actually look when I smile. My surgeon performed a traditional incision on my upper eyelids, and the cut lines remain very red and obvious against my skin. While the medical staff were generally helpful, the clinic environment itself didn't quite meet the standard I anticipated for the price. Recovery is slow. It is difficult to stay objective when the results are hidden under such heavy inflammation. I would advise others to brace for the fact that the early recovery phase feels much longer than the brochures suggest.
The medical staff were very professional and nice.
The receptionists were not very friendly and were quite rude

I had a nose operation.Finally I am breathing humanely.The hospital is good.The attitude of the staff is excellent.If you do not have a car, the driver takes you.Special thanks to the attending doctor, constantly kept me informed of everything that is happening in detail.And also to all those who consulted from the beginning of the search for a good clinic and to the discharge.

I decided to travel to Lithuania for a cosmetic procedure after extensive research and consideration. I was extremely impressed by the video consultation with Dr. Kamile Tiiunelė. She dedicated a significant amount of time to me, asked questions, listened, and recommended a deep lower facelift with fat grafting. We discussed this over several calls. Dr. Kamile was very responsive, addressed all my concerns, and reassured me. Trusting her was the best decision I could have made. From the very beginning, Dr. Kamile was not only professional but also patient and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure my comfort both physically and psychologically. The surgery went exceptionally well. The care I received at the clinic from her and the entire team was unparalleled. I greatly appreciate the efficiency and high standards maintained by everyone. I couldn't be happier with my results and would unhesitatingly recommend this clinic and this doctor. Dr. Kamile is an exceptional physician and a wonderful person. She takes great pride in her work and truly empathizes with people. The post-operative care was incredible, and I mean that literally. I was transported to all my appointments, and I was never left waiting and wondering; everything was prompt, and communication throughout was impeccable. Special mention goes to Diana, the international coordinator at the clinic. She was always available, always helpful, and kind. I cannot emphasize enough how positive my experience was with Dr. Kamile Tiiunelė. Honestly, without any reservations, 5 stars! And if it were possible to give more stars, I would. My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. And, of course, I would like to mention the surgeon Mindaugas Kazanavičius, who performed the operation and coped brilliantly tasks. Many thanks to him for this!

I liked everything from the beginning (meeting me at the airport) to my departure. Everything was well thought out, accessible, competent and friendly. The doctor gave me enough time, answered all my questions. The operation was successful. I spent the rest of the day and night in the clinic. The ward was perfect, the care of the medical staff was excellent. Diana the interpreter was my guardian angel. Friendly, competent, responsive to all my requests and wishes. After removing the stitches, the doctor gave all the recommendations for postoperative care. Said that on all arising questions I can contact by video link Very satisfied, I recommend. R.S. The staff were very attentive. They often asked my girlfriend and me how we were feeling. They were very friendly. They fed us delicious food, just like at home. They stayed in touch with us after the operation. When we first arrived in Vilnius, they met us and took us to our apartment. The next day, they took us to the clinic for the operation and then brought us back. We are very satisfied.
I had lower eyelid blepharoplasty in January 2026. The stitches were removed a week after the operation. I had no bruising. The scars are almost invisible. I used to have dark circles under my eyes, but now they are gone. It's been two weeks and the swelling has gone down. I look fresher. I am happy with the results. I am very grateful to Eva, the doctor who performed my surgery. She does her work precisely, carefully, without noticeable scars. Eva, thank you so much.
