It was good over all
It was good over all. I was not happy with post procedure. Handed a perscription. No guidance where to go to get it. When i was leaving i had to go to desk. No nurse or doctor checked me after. Felt alone.

The doctors were friendly and very committed
Everything was very well organised right from the start and the preparations for the operation were very thorough. The doctors were friendly and very committed. My operation went very smoothly. The aftercare was also very good. The staff were really caring. I would do it again and can definitely recommend the clinic to others
After the operation I was immediately told operation finish which made me very happy

In fact, the BookMed team was really great in every way, and I would like to especially thank Ms. Mona, the Arabic translator. She was really very kind and cooperative and was available to help me most of the time. She is truly amazing. I am very happy and satisfied with Bookmed's treatment of me, and I also intend to contact them every time I need clinics . The clinic was also good and the doctor was very nice and He was an expert and tried to reassure me before the operation. All the doctors were great there but the nurses treated me very badly. I felt really sad because I was basically very nervous and tired after the operation and they did not take this into consideration at all. I hate the nurses at the KCM clinic
Nurses treated patients very poorly. The translator is not available at all times, as I was told before going to the clinic
