Receiving the very clear aftercare guide was a relief. The clinic has stayed in touch since my rhinoplasty, and the support has been solid. The surgeon and the entire staff were wonderful. One piece of advice for future patients: ask the clinic for specific directions on where to go upon arrival. We were dropped at the hospital door from the airport with no information and felt a bit lost. It was a minor issue. Also, be prepared for some small additional expenses for post-op items like medicine and bandages. Overall, the medical care I received was very good.

The service from both the surgeon and the staff was excellent. My procedure was for Botox injections, specifically targeting only mouth area. The team was professional, and their performance is reflected in the high ratings I gave them. I am still in the early phase of recovery. The amount of product used was a custom number of units, decided upon by the surgeon for my particular case, rather than a standard quantity. The entire process felt very well-managed and organized from a medical standpoint.

My main concern was that the treatment would not yield real results. However, I had been struggling with my issue for many years, and they helped me here in just one visit. This is true. The entire process was organized very efficiently, and both the surgeon and the entire clinic staff demonstrated high professionalism. I am currently in the early stages of recovery, and there are already positive changes. When asked what could be improved, I couldn't think of anything because everything was perfect. I have no complaints about the clinic or the quality of medical services.

My biggest concern was choosing the right surgeon, but this turned out to be completely unfounded. I felt very well looked after right from the first point of contact. The doctor took plenty of time for the consultation, and the whole team at the clinic were professional and very caring, which made the whole process very straightforward for me. Everything went smoothly. Although my recovery is still ongoing, I am extremely satisfied with the care and organisation so far. If asked whether I would recommend the clinic, I would give it a clear 10 out of 10.

My biggest worry was that the doctor wouldn’t have time to listen to me and really understand my problem, especially in an unfamiliar setting. That didn’t happen. The dermatologist was very attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail, and I felt that I’d really been heard. My Bookimed coordinator helped to organise everything smoothly. The clinic itself has clearly state-of-the-art equipment. The only slight downside was that the waiting time for the appointment turned out to be a bit long. My recovery is going according to plan so far, and although it’s too early to talk about the final result, I’m feeling optimistic. My advice: use this service. It’s convenient. Safe and comfortable.

My biggest worry was that getting tested abroad would be a complicated and drawn-out process. In reality, however, it was a very quick and efficient procedure. No pain at all. I was pleasantly surprised to receive my results on the very same day, which meant I didn’t have to change my plans. The clinic staff were very attentive, and the Bookimed coordinator really helped with all the organisational matters. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the consultation with the doctor. I felt he could have spent a little more time explaining the results. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

What worried me most was how a comprehensive medical examination would be organised abroad, especially given the language barrier and the need to coordinate numerous tests. But the whole process went very smoothly. Everything was clear. The staff were professional, the clinic was modern and well-equipped, and the lead doctor gave me plenty of attention. The final consultation was particularly valuable, during which the doctor explained all the test results in detail, giving me a complete picture of my health. I got exactly what I was hoping for.

Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor . I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused. And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor . 7 day after surgery

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. Cafe, toilets, lifts all within easy reach. Recommend. Next year we will also go for check-ups for both children and adults.
