My biggest concern was choosing the right surgeon, but this turned out to be completely unfounded. I felt very well looked after right from the first point of contact. The doctor took plenty of time for the consultation, and the whole team at the clinic were professional and very caring, which made the whole process very straightforward for me. Everything went smoothly. Although my recovery is still ongoing, I am extremely satisfied with the care and organisation so far. If asked whether I would recommend the clinic, I would give it a clear 10 out of 10.

My biggest worry was that the doctor wouldn’t have time to listen to me and really understand my problem, especially in an unfamiliar setting. That didn’t happen. The dermatologist was very attentive and took the time to explain everything in detail, and I felt that I’d really been heard. My Bookimed coordinator helped to organise everything smoothly. The clinic itself has clearly state-of-the-art equipment. The only slight downside was that the waiting time for the appointment turned out to be a bit long. My recovery is going according to plan so far, and although it’s too early to talk about the final result, I’m feeling optimistic. My advice: use this service. It’s convenient. Safe and comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive my results on the very same day, which meant I didn’t have to change my plans. The clinic staff were very attentive, and the Bookimed coordinator really helped with all the organisational matters. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the consultation with the doctor. I felt he could have spent a little more time explaining the results. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

What worried me most was how a comprehensive medical examination would be organised abroad, especially given the language barrier and the need to coordinate numerous tests. But the whole process went very smoothly. Everything was clear. The staff were professional, the clinic was modern and well-equipped, and the lead doctor gave me plenty of attention. The final consultation was particularly valuable, during which the doctor explained all the test results in detail, giving me a complete picture of my health. I got exactly what I was hoping for.

Honest review!!! Had a gastrochecap! I was satisfied with the procedure! Fast, competent, everything was clear and accessible! The price is average (in Germany, for example, the same procedure is three times more expensive 🤷‍♂️)! The whole procedure lasted 20 minutes under sedation! Results and recommendations were immediately within 5 minutes after the procedure! During the procedure (endoscopy and colonoscopy) I did not feel the slightest discomfort! I can confidently recommend this clinic! Personally, I was satisfied 👍

Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor . I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused. And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor . 7 day after surgery

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. Cafe, toilets, lifts all within easy reach. Recommend. Next year we will also go for check-ups for both children and adults.

In a very quick time Bookimed manager (introduced himself as Stanislav) found the best offer from various options that I found in terms of quality, price and location. This service works at the highest level thanks to such managers. I have forwarded this service to several friends from Turkey to use it too. The clinic is 100% satisfied with the results, examination, competence, speed and attitude. There was a wonderful girl interpreter, who professionally performed her work and at the same time with humanity treated us as patients (and this is very often lacking in hospitals).

My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. Appointed the right treatment with a positive result! Attention from the clinic also deserves a special thanks, Mum and her husband were fed a delicious lunch! Hello,my husband and I had to visit this clinic.Everything was at the highest level,clean,order,friendly staff.We arrived in the morning at 9 o'clock,and by 1 o'clock we had everything we had planned.We can happily recommend this clinic(especially as there are different interpreters).Thank you.
