Dr. Hanna is very kind and takes good care of the patients' well-being, my representative Sura is extremely kind, very friendly, always ready to help, and she is always available.
The arrogance of the interpreter, the nurse call system that wasn't working, I reported it several times but until I left the hospital, it still wasn't fixed. And I had to drag myself and manage all by myself when I needed something, because I didn't have a companion.
