The clinic does not correspond to the name "European clinic". This is a regular rural clinic, without proper maintenance. I performed a hip replacement surgery on her in October 2019. I was not satisfied.

The only negative is that it is a general regional hospital and there is no separate building for foreign patients and because of this there is not enough necessary rest for patients after surgery. Nursing service is good, girls try, they always come to the rescue. The attending physician is also good, the only thing was the lack of translation, the translator apparently did not have enough time for all patients, he tried, but it was due to lack of time that he was not always able to get an answer to the question during time and there were times when it was not medical information in connection with the postoperative condition. The food was of average quality. A solid five for the transfer, well-received, brought back.

In general, I am satisfied with the visit. The clinic - primarily people - are good, met at the airport, taken to the clinic. The translator is wonderful, regularly visited and was always in touch. Doctors are excellent surgeons, the operation lasted only 40 minutes, everything was successful. The room is very comfortable, everything is automated. Also, given my sedentary state after the operation, the bathroom and other amenities were equipped with handles and simplified use. Advice to those who will go on a similar operation - do not take anything extra from your clothes. Bathrobe, slippers, hygiene accessories.

I was undergoing TBS reoperative surgery in this clinic from September 5 to September 21, 2019. The operation was caused by aseptic instability of a previously installed prosthesis. On the second day after the operation, I got up on crutches and took the first steps with the efforts of Rehabilitologists. They studied me for 14 days, which allowed me to fly home to Moscow on the 15th day without any problems!

The operation went well, two weeks later began to go out. The staff is very responsive, the stay at the clinic was extremely comfortable. Immediately after the operation and until the time when I was able to completely take care of myself, the nurses appeared on demand, to satisfy any needs. In the wards in all the necessary places duplicated buttons call staff. The operation was complicated by infection and bone tissue insufficiency (bone grafting was done) in the clinic they were detained more than usual, they were released only when they made sure that everything was successful. Chambers are single with a good repair, clean. Wet cleaning twice a day. The pastel is changed every two days or on demand.

There are not enough words in the English dictionary to give the praise that facility deserves, they not only have restored my faith in the medical field but in humanity itself. I was greeted at the Prague by a man holding a sign with name on it
