If you're considering this procedure, I'd tell you that my experience was very straightforward. I went in for a single dental implant, and while I'm still in the early stages of healing, I feel about as expected. There have been no major surprises, which is a relief. I am so pleased I chose this surgeon and this clinic
I nedeed much rest. The care from the surgeon and staff has been steady and reassuring. While my incision lines are still pink, I can already see a natural crease forming. The healing process is clear. The biggest challenge for me has been the dry eyes but I’m managing it with best available dry eye drops, no preservatives in them. My main tip for others is to prepare for true downtime. No make up, and wear tops that go over your head very easily. Follow the aftercare instructions to the letter, especially with cold compresses and keeping your head elevated. The first day you will sleep. I slept most of the second day too. You will get eye strain first couple of days. I found audiobooks a blessing. I have seen a GP and a consultant in other medical issues I have. Both have said how good the surgery is and how the scars are already nearly invisible n neat, just a bit pink but fading. I am so pleased I chose this surgeon and this clinic.

I was worried about how the scars would look after the operation. I only had upper eyelid surgery, using a traditional incision, and the incision sites are already almost invisible. This speaks to the surgeon’s skill. My recovery is progressing as it should, and so far everything is going according to plan. The whole process was well organised. The staff’s work and the conditions at the clinic also left a positive impression. Everything was clear, efficient and professional.

Over all, 10/10 highly recommend
I'm feeling better than expected regarding this procedure. I went in for one same-day crown, but ended up going with an overlay instead, due to the dentist’s recommendation. I appreciated that he was thorough in his explanation of why he recommended this different procedure. I also have to note that this procedure wasn’t able to be done in one day. So I did have to come back, but that is not necessarily the scheduler’s fault, or the doctor/ clinic’s fault, but just know to plan accordingly. You may have to make two visits, several weeks apart—the in-person consultation, and then the actual procedure several weeks later. If you’re looking for a same day crown, you might be able to. But you might have to plan for an extra visit, like I did. Just a heads up in case you are traveling for this procedure. Back to the procedure. I was slightly nervous as I had never had invasive dental work done before, let alone in another country. However, I feel like the care I received was top notch. The dentist was meticulous in checking my bite carefully multiple times to get it right. The front desk staff was very helpful and I appreciated that all spoke English. There were no additional expenses. It was a great experience! Over all, 10/10 highly recommend.

Prague is a beautiful city, the people are very nice and helpful. You can go out to eat very well. The hotel is centrally located so you can get everywhere on foot. The clinic is easy to find, the treatment room is well equipped and the doctor is perfect in her profession. I had no pain and was able to use my free time without restrictions after the treatment! The clinic staff are very friendly and courteous and help with any questions. . It was a very interesting journey and I can gladly recommend it, of course any time again! Thank you for your very honest advice
I wanted to have crowns fitted on the implants I’d had placed in Germany. The very kind doctor then told me that, unfortunately, it wasn’t possible to fit the crowns because the implants had been placed incorrectly in Germany. Now, unfortunately, I have to ask for my money back and have the implants removed due to the risk of peri-implantitis. Had I known this, I would have had the entire treatment done at the Smile Centrum. Thank you for your very honest advice.

On November 23, I underwent a "Botox" procedure. According to the cosmetologist, 130 units of the drug Dysport were administered. Unfortunately, 12 days have passed, and there is no result. In the forehead and glabella area, there is full activity, and in the eye area, there is also no result, except for swelling, which appeared on the second day and persists to this day. I understand that the swelling will subside in the next 2.5-3 months, but muscle paralysis in the forehead and glabella area apparently will not occur, either due to an insufficient amount of the drug or incorrect injection depth. I cannot recommend this procedure at this clinic.

I strongly advise confirming the full cost of services in advance, as the price during the procedure turned out to be significantly higher than initially quoted. Ultimately, I paid 9,500 kronor for the removal of two small moles, which were neither large nor deep. I consider such a price unjustifiably high. Additionally, I was unpleasantly surprised by the charge for a prescription — 500 kronor for an ointment is something I encountered for the first time. Furthermore, I was practically forced to purchase another one directly at the clinic for 1,000 kronor. They explained that it was necessary to use both ointments alternately. This situation appears non-transparent and raises doubts about the justification of both the prices and the prescriptions. Therefore, I recommend considering the option of undergoing similar procedures in Ukraine, where prices are significantly more affordable.
Let me put it this way: I haven't seen the full result after the procedure yet because there is still a scab, and it's healing well. Therefore, I can't say anything about the result just yet.

This situation seems opaque and raises doubts about the justification of both the prices and prescriptions. Therefore, I suggest considering the option of having similar procedures done in Ukraine, where prices are significantly more affordable.
