Prague is a beautiful city, the people are very nice and helpful. You can go out to eat very well. The hotel is centrally located so you can get everywhere on foot. The clinic is easy to find, the treatment room is well equipped and the doctor is perfect in her profession. I had no pain and was able to use my free time without restrictions after the treatment! The clinic staff are very friendly and courteous and help with any questions. . It was a very interesting journey and I can gladly recommend it, of course any time again! I’m happy with the price and the surgeon’s experience. These are the most important things so I would recommend. Early sign suggests good outcome. Most nurses are very nice and attentive, but speak hardly any English. I used google translate to convey what I wanted to say, but they mostly tried to get by with the few words they know which creates confusion and uncertainty. Hospital should also provide written information about what to expect before and after the operation.

I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant. Upon arrival at the clinic, I was met by the staff who immediately helped me with all the necessary paperwork. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and attention I received. November 23 was on the procedure "Botox". Dysport, according to the cosmetologist, 130 units of the drug were injected. Unfortunately, 12 days have passed - the result is completely absent. in the forehead and between the eyebrows - full activity, in the eye area, too, there is no result, except for edema, which appeared on the second day, continues to this day. As I understand it, the edema will subside over the next 2.5-3 months, but the blockage of the muscles in the forehead and between the eyebrows will apparently not happen, either due to an insufficient amount of the drug or an incorrect depth of drug administration. I cannot recommend this procedure in this cleric.
