Dr. Tuncay Taş – Regenerative Andrology in Turkey

Dr. Taş and his team performed the first PRP (P-Shot) and double PRP applications to the penis in Turkey, and published their clinical results on the efficacy of PRP in erectile dysfunction.

The team also achieved several national firsts in the field of regenerative urology and andrology:

• Cord-derived stem cell injection into the penis;
• Clinical SVF (stromal vascular fraction) therapy performed under sterile operating-room conditions and presented at international congresses;
• Bone-marrow-derived stem cell injection;
• ExoShot and StemBio laboratory exosome injections into the rete testis, launching the first clinical study in Turkey on azoospermia and severe oligospermia;
• Introduction of the Spartan Package, performing flaccid penile lengthening via a scar-free endoscopic technique;
• Autologous fat transfer enriched with stem cells to the penis.

Dr. Taş was among the first three physicians in Turkey (since 2012) to perform FDA-approved ED-1000 shock wave therapy, pioneering its scientific and clinical application for erectile dysfunction and vascular regeneration.

Dr. Taş and his team presented the results of combined PRP (Male P-Shot) and SVF applications to the penis for the first time in Turkey at a scientific congress, sharing the clinical outcomes of these regenerative therapies. He leads one of the first five centers worldwide to publish peer-reviewed clinical results of PRP (P-Shot) therapy and serves as a urology instructor at ISSCA, remaining actively involved in clinical regenerative medicine.
