Samsung Comprehensive Cancer Center
It is the largest cancer center in Asia that provides the most comprehensive medical care. The biggest inpatient oncological department in Korea has 78 beds and uses advanced treatment technologies - Novalis, IMGRT (image-guided radiation therapy), Da Vinci surgical system. The Center comprises 17 departments that works with particular type of cancer (lung, colorectal, gastric, breast cancer etc.). Samsung Cancer Center has treated over 50,000 patients since its opening. In 2016, a Proton Center was constructed and introduced proton beam therapy.
Samsung Institute of Heart Vascular Stroke

암8동간호사선생님들 최고입니다항상 여기가 병원인지 착각할 정도로최고의 전문성과 인성을 가지셨어요가는길은 3호선 일원역에서 내리면 셔틀이8분간격으로있으며지방분들은SRT수서역에서 택시승강장옆라인에 8분간격으로 셔틀이있다삼성역주변에서부터 마을버스강남01번이 병원안으로 들어온다주말은 토요일 12시까지15분간격이며주차장은 평일은9시부터3시가 차들이 많다삼성병원앱을 깔고 과목과 날짜진료신청하면더 빠른 결과를 얻을 수있다

어머니 장례를 치루는 동안 직원들의 깨끗한매너(절대 팁을 요구하지도 받지도않음)음식도 매끼 다양한식사, 다양한 떡주문친척들이 장례식에서 이렇게 맛있는 음식을많이 먹어 본지 처음이고 완전 호텔같은 분위기라고 라

방문 전 먼저 유선이나 On-line으로 예약을 하면 더 빠르게 이용하실 수 있으며, 예약시간 보다 1시간 정도 일찍 도착하는 것을 추천 드립니다. 본관. 별관. 암센터 3개로 나누어 집니다. (본관 1층은 암센터 2층과 연결되네요)곳곳에서 수시로 음료 제공 서비스를 해줍니다.(무료입니다 ^^)병원 건물 1층마다 커피를 파는 디저트 숍이 있어요. 매 층마다 안내자 분들이 계시고, 바닥에 겅로 표기가 있어서..길을 잃진 않겠어요.병원을 방문할 일이 없으면 좋지만...방문하셨다면 완치하셔서 퇴원하세요 ^^

Wowwwwwwwww !! The Samsung seoul hospital is most good medical center in The Republic of Korea. I also, has received The Brain Surgery before 13 years in this hospital. And I thinks that "All physicians is good and friendly to all patients".

There's an international services department with medical professionals and interpreters (English, Arabic, Russian, Chinese). Besides this, everyone is polite and speaks at least some English. Everything is modern, and the appointment desk and the pharmacy are straightforward. There are all kinds of departments possible, I've never had to wait more than 5 mins. And there's a shuttle bus from Irwon station.

마침내 수술은 끝났다.4년을 괴롭히던 오른쪽안면경련과 눈아래떨림은5월30일 미세 감압 수술을마지막으로 완전히 없어졌다.수술을 받기 2주전까지동네병원에서 받은 피검사내용을 수술상담실에알려주어야 했는데수술 1주전까지 수술의진행여부를 나는 결정을못하고 있었다.그 이유는 뇌를 열어야하는개두술이라는 것이 너무무서웠고,수술후 혹시나 있을수 있는휴유증 때문에수술이 망설여지는 이유이기도했다.수술 후유증은첫번째, 청력을 손실할수 있다.두번째, 안면마비가 올수 있다.세번째, 죽을수도 있다.그 어느하나 마음을 안정시키는말은 없었다.그래서 더더욱 무서웠는지모르겠다.수술후유증에 대해서는수술날짜를 정하는 마지막외래진료날 수술에대해서 설명해주시는간호사에게 한번듣고,수술을 위해 입원후하루전날 담당주치의, 지정의선생님 두분이 또한번자세히 설명해 주신다.내용은 위에 언급한 내용과수술을 앞둔 환자들과의사선생님과의 Q&A가추가된다.그리고 그 다음날수술시간을 이날 상담때알려준다.우린 첫수술이 8시두번째가 12시세번째가 오후 4시였다.나는 두번째인 12시로 수술시간이잡혔다.수술실은 11시에 입장하여입구에서 대기하다가11시45분에 수술실로들어갔다.수술실에 누었고악몽을 꾼것처럼간호사분들의다급한 목소리에 마취에깨어보니 중환자실에누워있었다.전신마취에서 깰때 느낌은엄청 안좋다.그 느낌은 악몽을 꾼것처럼엄청허하고 실제로 꿈을꾸다가 깨어났다.엄청나게 강렬했으며오랫동안 잔상으로남아있었다.아래 입술은 터져서 퉁퉁 부었으며전신마취되어 있는동안어떤 이유인지는 모르겠으나아래 입술을 엄청 심하게깨물었던거 같다.지금까지 경험해보지 못했던입술터짐이었고 심하게부어있었다.신경외과 중환자실에 입원하면온몸에 영화에서 보듯이각종센서를 부착한다.왼팔에는 혈압계오른팔 손가락 검지에는 센서가슴에 세개이렇게 부착했던걸로기억한다.혈압계는 매 시간만다자동으로측정되며 혈압이 140을 넘으면절대안된다.혈압이 140을 넘는 분들은수술전에 혈압을 140이하로낮춘기를 권장한다.혈압이 높아지면 뇌압이 높아진다고한다.그래서 수술바로 직후이기때문에간호사분들은 혈압에 상당히민감하다.그다음이 중요한게 산소포화도 이다산소포화도는 98이상을 아주양호로 보는것 같다.일정 수치 이하로 떨어지면모니터에서 알람이 울리는시스템인거 같다.건너편에 수술하신분이 주무실때산소포화도가 떨어지면알람이 울리는걸 볼수있었다.그래서 수술직후 목에 고이는가래를 될수 있으면 계속뱉어주어야한다.가래가 많으면 폐 엑스레이를찍었을때 지저분하게 나오고몸에 열이날 확률이 있다고했다.수술실에서 나와서 전신마취가깨고나면 간호사분이 오셔서저를 봐주세요 하면서후레쉬 가지고 오른쪽눈왼쪽눈 동공확인하고두손뼉 맞추자하고다리 두발 들어보라고한다.물론, 누운상태에서다.그리고 어떠한 진통제를투여할것인지 알려준다.첫번째 진통제는 강한것.두번째 진통제는 약한것.이라고 알려준다.그리고 스테로이드, 항생제주사를 삽입한다.수술후 고통때문인지는 모르겠으나첫번째 진통제의 약효는잘 모른겠다.그렇게 아프지는 않았으니까첫번째 진통제때문이아닐까하는 추측을 해본다.그래서 두번째 약한 진통제까지도모두 맞았다.그다음부터는 8시간 단위로두번째 진통제만 맞았고수술첫날, 수술두번째날오전까지만 진통제를 맞은거같다.신경외과 중환자실은 원래2틀만 있는데 6인실 병실이없어서 3일 중환자실에 있었고3일째되던날 오후1시에 14층 6인병실로 올라갔다.중환자실에 하루 더 있다보니까간호사분들이 알콜이 묻은수건으로 온몸을 닦아주신다.엄청 시원하고 수술후의 고통을잊게해주는 행복한 시간이었다.이쯤에서 신경외과 중환자실간호사분들 얘기를 안할수가 없다.수술을 받기전까지 나는 수술에 대해엄청난의심을 하고 있었고 수술후휴증에대해서도 걱정하고 있었다.즉, 마음에 준비가 되어있지 않았다.그런데 3일을 중환자실에 있으면서 느낀점은 나는 아직 준비가덜되어있지만 중환자실에서 근무하시는 이분들은 완벽하게준비가 되어있었다.3교대로 돌아가는 중환자실은환자에 대한 업무인수인계,동시간대에 함께 일하는동료에 대한 팀웍,힘들고 고달픈 일을즐기면서 일할줄 아는 일에대한열정.이모든 것들을 24시간동안환자들에게 녹여내고 있었다.3일동안 중환자실 간호사분들을지켜보면서 나 자신이 얼마나쓸데없는 걱정을 하고 있었는지알수가 있었다.이세상에는수술을 앞두고 고민하는 수많은환자들이 많을 것이다.나또한 그랬으니까.그런데 그것은 마음의 준비가 안된나만의 쓸데없는 걱정이었던 것이다.중환자실 간호사들은 완벽하게준비가 잘 되어있었고환자를 무서워하지 않으며자신의 할일을 남에게 미루려하지도 않고자신이 먼저 솔선수범하여일하고 동료에게 먼저손내밀줄 아는 그런 분들이었다.오전10시반,오후7시반 딱,30분밖에 안되는면회시간외에 환자들은간호사와 의사선생님밖에믿을 수밖에 없다.그 믿음에 간호사들은 완벽한 답을주었다.24시간 3교대로 자신의 자리에서중환자들을 위해 최선을 다하고있는 간호사분들에게 진심으로감사의 말씀을 전한다.이제, 나는 일상으로 돌아와 있다.
