- Radiation therapy: A dedicated Radiation Oncology Department provides radiotherapy as part of the pediatric oncology program.
- Inpatient and intensive care: Care is available for children up to age 18, with 50 inpatient beds and a 12-bed pediatric ICU.

Dr. Mahmoud Motaz Elzembely heads the Pediatric Oncology and Malignant Hematology Department. He is also an assistant professor at South Egypt Cancer Institute, Assiut University.
The pediatric unit has separate facilities for children with cancer. A palliative care unit is also available.
