Good day! I visited this medical center only twice for blood tests, waiting for 1 hour the first time and 30 minutes the second time, despite being the only patient. All other actions, including a doctor's consultation, took place elsewhere, so based on the above, it's difficult for me to give a different assessment. Regarding the doctor, I was assigned a different doctor than initially stated. I have no information about the current attending physician, so I request that data be provided if possible. The doctor's conclusion, by the way, was not on Ichilov letterhead but on a regular sheet of paper, and it contained different prescriptions than those eventually given. There were no explanations from the doctor regarding the side effects of the medications (and I traveled there because your specialist stated that the medication was used without side effects, which was key for me), which were ultimately prescribed and contain quite strong side effects.

Good day, Elena. Thank you for your detailed feedback. We always thoroughly analyze patient inquiries to address each unique situation.
Allow me to comment on the key aspects of your visit, as in this case, the treatment organization process had specific requirements:
Your examination required a strictly defined specialized preparation by the department and adherence to special medical safety protocols. The preparation of the office and equipment for your appointment took additional time, which led to the delay. We apologize for the wait; however, these measures were dictated by a commitment to safety standards.
The entire planned complex of advanced diagnostic procedures was fully completed for you. The specifics of your treatment protocol involve engaging specialized experts and laboratory resources across different clinical bases.
Your therapy was selected collaboratively based on detailed analysis results obtained directly during the examination. Final prescriptions were adjusted by a council of leading specialists to ensure the treatment is as effective and safe as possible for your individual clinical situation. Any potent medications require strict control, and we are ready to provide you once again with your attending physician's summary, as well as detailed explanations regarding the administration schedule. We wish you good health and a successful therapy.
