The entire process, from consultation to prosthesis installation, was organized very clearly and coherently. It was important for me that everything could be accomplished in just two visits, as planned. I also want to note the financial transparency — there were no hidden or additional costs. I am now recovering, and my condition is exactly as I expected it to be after the procedure.

I want to share my excitement about visiting the Spanderashvili Clinic in Tbilisi. What Dr. Giorgi Spanderashvili accomplished is true professionalism, bordering on art!
I had 8 implants placed, and the entire procedure took just over an hour. Such incredible speed! While working, the doctor even hummed—a reflection of his confidence and calm, which immediately alleviates patient stress.
The primary advantage of such efficient work is that the wounds did not remain open for long, minimizing the risk of bacterial exposure. The result speaks for itself: after such a significant procedure, I had absolutely no swelling! None of the "chipmunk cheeks" I feared.
I am pleasantly shocked by the quality and expertise. If you seek results without pain, complications, and long waits—this is the place to go. Huge thanks to Dr. Spanderashvili for his golden hands!
Warning for medical tourists! Damaged implant and defect in the Spanderashvili Clinic (SDC).
Warning to all foreign patients! Initially, the first stage of implant installation at the SDC clinic in Tbilisi seemed good to me, which I now seriously doubt—how do I know how everything was actually done? I even left them a good review. But the subsequent prosthetic stage turned into a complete disaster. They work according to one template. Even during the fitting, two temporary bridges did not fit, but they kept telling me: "Zirconium will fit, we will file it." As a result, the bite was severely raised and completely spoiled. One bridge constantly came off and was actually lying in my pocket, and they told me it was normal. The second bridge was very tight and left a huge gap at the gum. The technician claimed that if it was tight, it was normal, he would fix the gap, and file the flying bridge. It seemed as if these bridges were taken from another patient and shoved into my mouth—no one intended to redo the construction. They wanted to cement this defect quickly to complete the job. To give the appearance of a snug fit, the prosthesis was simply glued. During fixation, they gave me an anesthesia injection and forcefully pushed the structure into my jaw. With this brute force, Spanderashvili damaged my implant, pushing it deeply under the gum, causing severe swelling of the cheek and pain! On the day of my flight to Germany, I went to the clinic, asked to return my money and take back their defect. I also asked to install gum formers. I left them these structures, and they returned the money as their fault was undeniable. The technician desperately continued to offer to "file and glue." But the damage was already done: I managed to get a CT scan in Georgia with these bridges, documenting all the defects. Now I am in Germany, awaiting an independent medical evaluation. Avoid this place!

Then I started looking for a new one and came across this service, which made it very easy for me to find a decent clinic
I have not been travelling, I have been living in Tbilisi for some time, but nevertheless it is difficult to find a doctor in a foreign country and in a field where you constantly hear about failed surgeries.
Before Bukmed, I went to a clinic with very strange behaviour of the staff. Then I started looking for a new one and came across this service, which made it very easy for me to find a decent clinic. And most importantly - as I realised, the manager acts as an intermediary between you and the clinic in an unfamiliar country. To be honest, I still don't believe that Bookmed's services are free.

I was just googling dental clinics not in my hometown and came across this service, where there were ratings of clinics and reviews. Which turned out to be very helpful. And then it turned out that this is a service that was created by doctors, and managers will accompany you on all questions, once again, for free. This is unusual, but very pleasant.
