Stem Cells Colombia completely exceeded my expectations. As a Type 1 diabetic for 22 years, I got so tired of trying to "hack" or "simplify" my life just living with the condition. I realized I am far more interested in using my energy to see what can be done to cure my disease rather than just tolerating it. When I was diagnosed, I was told that "T1D does not get better. It only gets worse." But this experience has entirely restored my hope that my body may be able to repair some of the damage. There are very few trials like this available in the United States, and traveling here allowed me to receive way more stem cells without the restrictive FDA regulations in America. In fact, the total cost of the treatment was less than my insurance this year alone in the US. I am so grateful for the opportunity to leave the country to try to prove that maybe T1D can improve, and to help provide data for other Type 1 diabetics—especially newly diagnosed ones. Mia was also amazing, communicating clearly about the entire process, explaining the stem cells themselves, and providing all the guidelines I needed to follow for the treatment to be successful. Alejandro was fantastic with managing my schedule, paperwork, and payments without any hassle. My coordinator, Camilo, was truly exceptional—he met me in the lobby, translated everything for me since my Spanish is limited, documented my experience, sent my labs and photos, and texted me every single day just to check in and make sure I was doing well. I’m extremely pleased with the service and personal care at Stem Cells Colombia. From the moment I arrived, Mía Angel, the client care coordinator, welcomed me warmly and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Everything is handled with true professionalism. The patient coordinators, Camilo and Alejandro, were also incredibly helpful and reliable throughout the entire process. And if you’re worried about a language barrier — don’t be. Everyone speaks perfect English, so communication was never an issue. I just had my treatment done yesterday, so I can’t yet speak to the results, but based on the level of care and professionalism I experienced, I’m confident everything will go well. I’ll post a follow-up review in a few months to share how I’m feeling. I highly recommend this clinic!

My experience with Paul and Dr. Quiceno at Xcells was great! I’m 52 and developed a left knee meniscus tear. I have been putting off any treatments hoping it would heal on its own. I won’t do that again! After 48hrs of 25m hypoxic stem cells and 75bil exosomes procedure, I didnt have any pain whatsoever, its been really remarkable to say the least. Its been now 7 days and still no pain. I hope it continues. Also, The trip to Medellin was really enjoyable and safe, such a beautiful city. Don’t hesitate if you are having pain.

I just had my Botox done for anti wrinkle. Had a good experience at this clinic. The staff are super friendly and everyone spoke perfect english which made it easy for me with my little Spanish. The clinic was very clean and beautiful. This is the place to go for anti aging and longevity. I liked it a lot specifically as very discreet.
