5 stars – Outstanding service in Aswan! I cannot thank the hotel team enough for their exceptional help when I accidentally lost 60 USD during my stay. From the moment I reported the issue, the staff responded immediately and efficiently, launching a quick investigation and handling everything with great professionalism and kindness. Thanks to their efforts, I was able to recover whole of the money, which relieved me a lot. This level of care and honesty is truly commendable, especially while traveling abroad. The whole experience was smooth, and the staff’s attentiveness made my time in Aswan stress-free and very positive. This place is quite beautiful and serene. The rooms are nice and the food was very delicious in the main restaurant. I only stayed one night....that is why I didn't try the other restaurant. The service staff are super friendly and kind , and. Amal (my guest servuces attendant) and Farid (the sound therapy practicioner) made my stay extra special. It's one of my favorite places in all of Egypt. I will definitely be back!
