I came for an allergy test and the service was spectacular. From the elevator, they guide you to where you need to go. I mentioned I preferred an English-speaking doctor, and that's what they gave me. Although I can understand some Japanese, medical vocabulary is difficult, and I preferred to play it safe. The doctor was Japanese, but he had another doctor by his side, a native English speaker, who translated everything. They explained everything perfectly, I was able to ask all the questions I wanted, and I had the results within a week. Building is 💯

I had a comprehensive medical exam and it was very smooth, split across 2 days for ~4-5 hours. The staff were very friendly and spoke enough English (some even fluent) such that it wasn’t an issue. Highly recommend.

I had a gynecologist appointment, and my experience was very positive. Most of the receptionists and nurses could speak English and were very helpful, which made me feel comfortable. The doctor answered all my questions, examined me, and proposed a treatment, always asking for my opinion and whether I had any questions or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience, as I felt that the doctors and nurses were genuinely invested in doing there best for their patients. Even in my home country, speaking my own language, I had never felt so comfortable and well cared for during a gynecologist appointment.

It’s a fully appointment-based clinic inside Midtown Tower, but the doctor’s diagnosis and the staff’s consideration are truly something to behold. Thanks to it, my diagnosis is clear, and they even wrote me a referral letter, so I’m going to get treatment as soon as possible.

I’ve always used this clinic for health checkups. This time, because I’m pregnant, I unfortunately couldn’t strictly follow the fasting requirement and I wasn’t able to submit the documents exactly as specified, but they responded quickly to my inquiries and handled the situation flexibly. I went into the day feeling sorry that I was being difficult, but the nurse who took my blood draw said, “Thank you for coming today even though you’re feeling unwell. It must be tough this time of year, isn’t it?” I didn’t expect to hear something like that, so I was surprised and trying not to cry, and I couldn’t thank them properly. The nurse from that day and the words she said were so moving that I actually felt tears well up—it truly made me very happy. Thank you so much.

I think the negative reviews here haven’t experienced other clinics , this clinic is considerably much much friendlier and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Wait times are very normal in Japan irrespective . I had one negative experience last year but they were all ears and actually catered to me really well. And this year they actually showed progress in my experience.

I understand there are low reviews for this clinic, but I had no issues at Tokyo Midtown Clinic. The check in process was very easy, and the receptionist spoke great English. I waited about 15 minutes before my number was called and met with the doctor. Again, the doctor spoke very good English and he ordered the tests I needed immediately after talking to me. I waited another 5 minutes or so, and met with the nurse who took my blood. Again, she was super kind! I have super tiny veins but she got the needle in on her first try. I'm sure all the negative reviews might put someone off from coming here, but overall my visit here was great and I recommend everyone trying this place at least once!
