The whole experience was very good , was nervous at beginning but was reasurred by Doctor and nursing staff , care pre and post op was excellent , the hospital was very modern and very clean . Also had very good support from the translator who was alwsys available at short notice , but special mention must go to Dr Bugra Cetin and his team who were very professional through the whole process

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Cetim Bugra thanks to Bookimed. For me, Dr. Bugra was more than just a doctor. I was traveling alone and needed surgery. Doctor Cetin has, with patience and skill, helped me fix a problem that I couldn't see myself living the rest of my life with. His services were affordable, accessible and extremely timely. Here in Australia, I was facing high prices, massive waits and uncertainty. But with Doctor Cetin and Bookimed, my problem is now solved, though I still have a few weeks of recovery to get through. I'll be recovered and ready to finally get on with my life by the start of 2026 :)
Accessibility, cost, contactability, punctuality, service, expertise. I was just delighted to find a quicker, more affordable solution. Going to Turkey for that was an adventure, not a concern.
Nobody's fault, but the recovery process is long, awkward and sometimes painful. But it gets easier day by day and both Doctor Cetin and Bookimed have, again, been remarkably reachable and kind regarding any questions and concerns.
