The doctor was very professional and explained everything in great detail during the consultation, without any pressure or hard selling, which made me feel very comfortable and reassured. The surgery process went much more smoothly than I expected, and the nurses were incredibly gentle and caring throughout. They also followed up and checked on me during my recovery period. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I highly recommend this clinic.

My surgery with Dr. Kim Jeong Min is scheduled for tomorrow, and the staff has been incredibly attentive, caring, and professional.
