I now feel better than I expected
What surprised me most was how quickly the whole procedure was over. I’d expected to spend at least four hours in the dentist’s chair, but my dentist finished in less than two. During that time, he removed a number of decayed teeth with great professionalism and fitted 10 Nobel Biocare implants. He personally consulted with me before the operation and carried it out himself. I now feel better than I expected. The clinic is always on hand, which is very important during the recovery period. There were no additional costs. I’d advise future patients to have a good meal the evening before the operation. And if you’re facing the same extent of treatment as I did, make sure to take plenty of tissues with you to the hotel.
It’s hard for me to say what I didn’t like. I think everything went absolutely brilliantly. Everyone, from the coordinator to the driver, carried out their duties to perfection. I’m very grateful to everyone!
I think my visit went well, but I’m not sure what could be done to make my treatment more comfortable.

I am extremely pleased with the final results and have had so many great reactions and comments about my new teeth, especially how natural and real they look
I recently returned from my second trip to WestDent Clinic in Izmir, Turkey. In September 2025 I had full mouth extractions, 12 Zirconia implants placed (6 upper jaw, 6 lower jaw), gums stitched over the implants to help Osseointegration of the implants.
I returned in January 2026 for the final stage treatment and the installation of 24 Zirconium crowns. This involved the implants being revealed. The healing caps of the implants being removed and temporary abutments fitted so impressions could be taken of my gums, upper and lower jaws. This is so the implants will fit perfectly when my new teeth had been designed with the aid of C.A.D.
The abutments were then removed and healing caps replaced onto the implants.
Next day my permanent abutments were installed and I was given some temporary teeth which placed onto my abutments, and could be removed. They were made of a foul tasting material called PMMA. But it gave a good idea of the final results, even though they were a greyish colour.
The final day my permanent teeth were checked rigourously for bite adjustment, gaps, spacing, alignment etc, before being placed permanently.
My second visit was a five day stay, and involved visiting the Clinic each day, and a couple of longer days towards the end.
But I am extremely pleased with the final results and have had so many great reactions and comments about my new teeth, especially how natural and real they look.
But I have to say big Thanks to my medical coordinator at Bookimed, Dr Kora. By booking my trip to WestDent Clinic in Izmir through Bookimed, it completely removed the added stress of having to organise all of the logistics of the trip on my own. Dr Kora was extremely helpful and efficient in helping to organise and arrange everything with the Clinic on my behalf. Also answering any questions or concerns I may have had at any point, over the two trips. For which I am extremely grateful!
I recently returned from my second visit to WestDent Clinic in Izmir, Turkey. The Clinic is staffed by warm and welcoming people. You are treated well, and the Clinic itself is clean and hygienic.
I honestly can't say that there was anything I didn't like. I felt like I was treated well during both visits and the level of professionalism and care was very good.
Obviously having dental implants involves a significant amount of dental work to be done, but I felt it was done as well as possible.

The biggest surprise was how I felt. Honestly, I feel much better than I expected after such a complex procedure as All-on-6 implantation on both jaws. I had the Straumann system installed. It was very reassuring that my doctor was present throughout the entire procedure from start to finish. The post-operative support is also excellent. This is very valuable.

After the procedure, the support was excellent
The moment the doctor showed me the CT scan and honestly explained the plan, discussed the condition of my bone tissue, and the potential risks, it finally reassured me. He personally performed the placement of 5 or 6 NTA implants. After the procedure, the support was excellent. They are always available, checked in on my well-being, and provided very clear care instructions. There were no additional costs. My main advice to future patients: simply trust the experience and professionalism of the clinic's doctors.
This is my second and final visit to this clinic, where I had all my teeth fully restored - the upper teeth on previously installed implants and crowns on all my remaining lower teeth. As before, everything was at an absolutely high professional level - both management and doctors. Special thanks to coordinator Ms. Kateryna for her attention to patients, for reminders, and assistance in organizing the trip, as we are not always sure what exactly needs to be done, and here Ms. Kateryna was truly helpful. Once again, many thanks to her for the assistance and excellent management.
I can't say anything negative. Nothing.
