Hello. First of all, I’d like to point out that I’m 68 years old and, by nature, I’m a fairly demanding person—both when it comes to the organization of a company’s operations, literal convenience, and also personal conversations. That’s why, with such requirements, the assessment posted here will be very reliable and will highlight real experiences. Due to health reasons (quite urgent to carry out), I had to undergo surgery for two hernias: the umbilical and the left inguinal hernia. Because the waiting time for a consultation and surgery under NFZ in public facilities was very long, my choice fell on Centrum Medyczne WILMED in Warsaw Wilanów at Wiktorii Wiedeńskiej 9A—and I’ll tell you right away: it was absolutely the right decision! Right from my first contact with the Reception to check the situation and arrange a date for the surgical consultation, I was very pleasantly surprised. The conversation was friendly and specific, and the consultation date was available the very next day! The next day, the conversation with the surgeon—specifically the Head of the Clinic, Dr. Piotr Ciszewski—was also very pleasant, and I would say it created a relaxing atmosphere that helped relieve the stress and nervousness that are completely normal in such a situation. After examining me, Dr. [the doctor] referred me to the very lovely Ms. Aneta, who serves as the coordinator and “brain” of the Clinic, in order to discuss the surgery date, the requirements, and the necessary pre-op tests. The surgery appointment was simply unbelievable (and time mattered to me)—for Wednesday the following week, and on Friday of that same week the Clinic performed the remaining tests that were needed for the surgery. Efficient and professional, with a thorough portion of information. The tests on Friday were incredibly fast, and surgery on Wednesday was confirmed (after the anesthesiologist’s approval). Surgery on Wednesday, still after another conversation with the anesthesiologist, in very good conditions, performed by a very kind and professional staff. Don’t believe it, but even before the surgery there was a choice from the menu of what I would like to eat for a later dinner, and in the morning the next day for breakfast. The food was very good and served at the agreed time. Night care was wonderful. Two very lovely ladies, Ms. Magda and Ms. Ola, checked on me very often during the night and asked whether I needed anything and whether the room temperature was OK. In my room—by design it was intended to be for two people—I was alone, while another patient was alone in another two-person room. In the morning, a follow-up visit by Dr. Piotr Ciszewski (the surgeon who operated on me), discussing the post-surgery procedure and setting the date for removing the stitches in 12 days and discharge home. Everything was superbly and very smoothly handled, with great routine and experience. I’m already after the stitches have been removed by Dr. Piotr Ciszewski and I’m getting back to my form fairly quickly. I hope everything will continue to be OK. This may be long, but this detailed description fully shows my satisfaction with the entire logistical side of the surgery and the full professionalism of the whole WILMED team—and I thank you very much for that!!! I would especially like to thank Dr. Piotr Ciszewski, Ms. Aneta, Ms. Magda and Ms. Ola, and of course the entire surgery team, including the anesthesiologist. Warm regards and I wish many further successes in your work at this excellent Clinic and, of course, in your personal lives.

I would sincerely like to recommend this clinic. The procedure was done a few months ago (breast implants), but the opinion is still current. Mr. Piotr Ciszewski is a wonderful specialist, but he is also a kind, lovely person—he talks casually, jokes around, and that really is a rarity. He listens to the patient and her expectations, advises her, but he does everything to make sure the patient is satisfied. The surgery was quite complex because earlier a malignant tumor had been removed from the breast, so that breast was slightly deformed. However, Dr. Ciszewski made it so that the breasts look fantastic, even though I know it was a complicated procedure. The entire service—from reception, through Mrs. Aneta, to the nurses—everyone was friendly and very helpful. The atmosphere is like at home. So thank you very much and I recommend it to everyone—I might also come back someday.

With all my heart, I highly recommend Klinikа Wilmed and Doctor Piotr Ciszewski. I’m after an abdominoplasty procedure and the result exceeded my expectations. Already from the very first consultation, I felt cared for, listened to, and I was informed in detail about the course of the operation and the recovery. Doctor Ciszewski is an exceptionally professional, experienced, and empathetic doctor with a great sense of humor! 😀 He answered all questions patiently, and his calmness and self-confidence gave me an enormous sense of security. The procedure itself went without any complications, and the postoperative care was at the highest level. The surgical result is fantastic—the abdomen is flat and proportionate, and the scar was made very carefully. The entire clinic staff was kind, helpful, and attentive at every stage of treatment. I'm very pleased with the clinic :) I've had surgery at Wilmed twice (with Dr. Gackowski, then Dr. Ciszewski) and each time the staff was extremely professional: from the consultation, through scheduling, initial examinations, clarifying my concerns, preparation for the procedure, the surgery itself (which, of course, I slept through, but I saw a positive result afterward ;) ), post-operative care, follow-up, and even the removal of my stitches! :) Everything was done on time, efficiently, professionally, and with a smile, and most importantly, with a positive outcome and without any problems or complications. PS. This may be a detail, but after both surgeries, I received a fresh and delicious meal (photo attached), so that was very nice :P
