Clinic for Liver Cancer Stage 3 Treatment in Cologne

CDT-WEST uses Elekta Versa HD linear accelerators with Vision-RT for millimeter-precise liver tumor irradiation. These systems enable non-invasive SBRT that may replace surgery in just one to seven sessions. Dr. med. Jamil Katiran leads the radiation therapy team in Cologne. Abdominal MRI diagnostics start around $500, while more detailed imaging typically costs around $1,200. The center offers VMAT sessions that take less than two minutes. This approach helps protect healthy tissue and costs less than at larger German hospitals.
