{{h2}}Program Details {{/h2}} The retreat is hosted at the Lotus Yurt, located at Finca Los Alamos, Camino los Alamos, Tegueste, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. This idyllic setting offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, nestled amidst lush green mountains with breathtaking views of the ocean. The location is also close to Anaga National Park, Tegueste, and the natural pools of Bajamar, making it ideal for exploration and relaxation.
Each session is in a small group with a maximum of 3 participants. This allows for personalized attention and a supportive, intimate atmosphere.
The program is structured with daily sessions, allowing you to engage in healing and self-improvement. Each day begins with a nutritious breakfast, followed by your first session. Afterward, you have time to relax before lunch, which is enjoyed in good company. Your afternoon offers opportunities for peaceful reflection and casual conversations with the team. Evening sessions are followed by dinner, which is shared with fellow participants in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

You'll enjoy three freshly prepared meals daily, and dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated upon request. The meals include breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Refreshing beverages like water, coffee, tea, and soda are provided.
