It was a terrible experience which I never want to go through again. Upon arrival at the hospital, the consultant , Jeab who led me there was not present to receive me. Instead I was attended by the medical sstaff who flatly shot down the agreed quotations offered by Jeab and even said they do not need the VDO anymore so they could not offer me what Jeab did and I was told I had to pay 3 times the proce of what I was offered before. Consequent to the price dispute, there were lots of bleak moments between the consultant and the medical staff internally then I was made to wait for over two hours then they suddenly reversed to ask for VDO compromised on an agreed price. I repeated said no to revealing my face for the VDO and the secretary Kimmy assured me my face will not be shown on camera. Prior to seeing the doctor, I was told to made payment first. For every doctor consultation, I had to go to the cashier to complete the payment and I was seeing two different doctors meant I had to repeat same process twice touring the entire medical centre so many times. What was most stupid was that I was never informed that I had to pay out of pocket for the Covid-9 test which I deem really unfair when there was konsixh prior information and they just dumped all the hidden cost on me. I only did the arm Vader+body tite along with pick laser for vaginal and I was made to go from building to building spending 7 hours there the entire day is really uncalled for!!!
The attending doctors are both very professional.

I went to this clinic to get medical care. The very high price could be justified by this type of treatment. The medical team were present, but no parameters were taken either before or after the treatment. I don't think that customer satisfaction is the objective, the aim is above all to make people spend money unnecessarily. I would not recommend this clinic

If you're travelling to Bangkok and need fast and quality care, I would highly recommend using Bookimed to set up an appointment and going to B
Everything went so smoothly and I was well taken care of upon arrival. B. Care Medical Center is very clean and beautiful. The medical team were very professional and thorough and warm and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable and they went above and beyond to give me more treatment than I had asked for. Bookimed was also very easy to use, response time was quick and easy and all my questions were answered promptly. If you're travelling to Bangkok and need fast and quality care, I would highly recommend using Bookimed to set up an appointment and going to B. Care Medical Center for your medical needs.

I'm pleased I went there
Well it's been about a month and I'm still recovering but I'm pleased I went there.
The people were nice
What I didn't like wasn't to do with the place or people. I went through quite a painful procedure getting rid of rather a lot of moles and I almost wished I hadn't when I was in pain. It's all changed now that I'm healing.

While treatment costs are generally transparent, additional expenses may include travel, accommodation, and post-treatment skincare products. Verify all costs upfront with the clinic to avoid surprises and budget accordingly for your trip.

What kind of pre-treatment consultation can I expect before traveling to Thailand?

Pre-treatment consultations often include video or text communication with a dermatologist to assess your skin type, discuss treatment goals, and outline the procedure plan. This ensures you have realistic expectations and understand pre- and post-care requirements before traveling.

What if I experience complications after returning from Thailand?

If you encounter complications post-treatment, contact the clinic where you received the procedure for guidance. Many clinics provide virtual follow-ups, allowing you to discuss issues remotely with your dermatologist.

Are there any follow-up care requirements once I return home?

Follow-up care includes maintaining a gentle skincare routine and avoiding sun exposure. Some clinics offer virtual consultations post-treatment to monitor your progress and address any concerns once you return home.

How long is the recovery period, and will it affect my travel plans?

The recovery period for Fraxel Laser Treatment typically lasts 5-7 days, during which you may experience redness and peeling. Plan your travel accordingly to allow time for healing and avoid activities that could irritate your skin.

What qualifications should I look for in a surgeon or dermatologist for this procedure?

Look for a dermatologist who is board-certified and has extensive experience with laser treatments. Membership in professional organizations like the American Board of Dermatology or equivalent local bodies can also indicate a high level of expertise.

How do I ensure the clinic in Thailand is reputable and safe?

To ensure a clinic's reputation and safety, verify its accreditation with organizations such as ISAPS or JCI. Research online reviews, ask for patient testimonials, and confirm that the medical staff has relevant certifications and experience in Fraxel treatments.
