I would recommend her any day
I decided to seek treatment with dentist Ela Cabuk after reading reviews so I'm hoping this review will help in the same way for another undecided person in making a sound choice,. I found her expertise professionalism and compassion to ones needs a true relief. I had receding gums on my top four front teeth and the roots were exposed, my own thought were to just get 4 on 4 but Ela found the perfect solution in restoring and firming my four front teeth without going to the extreme. I would recommend her any day, I could not fault my treatment or my outcome.

There was always explicit mention of 2 treatments! In this clinic there are almost always 3 stays with 12 implants! You don't get a temporary denture for the time being, but have to stay 2-3 months without teeth. This was never mentioned by Bookimed! That's why I asked the practice about it. The doctor does not take any risks, if a temporary is inserted immediately, implants can become loose. I have already informed my counsellor about this from Bookimed! He is trying to answer the same question. Who will pay for the additional stay ?!! Furthermore, I cannot work in my profession for 5 weeks without teeth and much more. Please let me know to which e-mail address I can send my concerns / complaints.

My partial didn’t fit they fitted my mouth before pulling teeth and installing the the implants, it was more about the money to me then fixing your mouth ask them to pull a teeth they wouldn’t… Very upset about the the Partial and still have to deal with pain of a tooth after I paid over 4000 that insane.
Cleanliness and the administration was helpful
No understanding only wanted money and I don’t even have temporary teeth I have to come off more money to get a partial and all that supposed to been included was given one but the fitting was sooo off due to they fitted before the work.

I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile!
Of course, it was very exciting to have my teeth treated abroad, but on the phone I was assured that there was no reason to worry and it turned out to be 100 per cent true! I was picked up at the airport, brought to the dentist's office where I was met by an assistant translator and on the same day I was seen by my doctor. There is no language problem in communicating with the doctor, there is no problem to ask a question, ask more about the treatment, etc. as there is always an interpreter nearby. All procedures were scheduled for the next day and I was kindly escorted to the hotel, which is located next to the dentistry. I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile! I am glad I chose this particular clinic!

The doctor at the clinic is super!
I am very grateful to everyone who helped me! They answered questions very quickly! We were met at the airport and quickly taken to the hotel. The hotel is at a high level! Everyone is welcoming and friendly! I didn’t feel any discomfort at all! The doctor at the clinic is super! Everything was done under general anesthesia without pain. There was a translator nearby all the time. They gave me the necessary medications. Good impressions left! Thanks everyone!

Above and beyond my expectations
Above and beyond my expectations. The service was great. I had to change my entire trip at the last second due flight and weather issues in Antalya. Inna worked through the night to make sure I could complete my treatment in Istanbul. She changed the clinic, hotel, set up my transfers. All of this at 3:00am. She called to check on me before my first appointment. She even had food delivered to the hotel. The dentist was great. I had an entire mouth of veneers/crowns. 3 trips to the clinic. All visits were great. Final results were so much better than I expected. The team of coordinators and dentists are the best. No problem arises that they can not solve. They will work for you 24 hours a day to ensure your trip is stress free. The best experience you could ask for!!!!

Yes, I had a huge flight related issue that required us to change my stay from Antalya to Istanbul. This was done at 3:00am on the day of my first scheduled appointment. It was accomplished with perfection. I still made it to a clinic in Istanbul the same day and my treatment could not have been better

I got an all on 4 dental implants procedure. It’s been a year since then and the teeth and implants have fallen out of my mouth. They are not responding to my problem or trying to fix it and are not honoring the guarantee. DO NOT GET YOUR TEETH DONE HERE, ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!

Everything in the clinic itself was excellent. Competent specialists, friendly staff, everything on time and without any problems. I would only like to note the choice of the hotel was not very good, the dark room went out into some kind of well. Day and night the same. And in the restaurant where most of your patients were forced to eat, the choice was not rich to say the least, but for me, who had all my teeth removed, it was completely sour. Eating the same soup 3 times a day is not very pleasant.
