I felt very secure and taken care of through the entire experience. All of my inquiries were answered very promptly by both the bookiemed coordinator, the assistant, and my doctor (Dr. C Altindąg), is very experienced and talked me through what to expect and analyzed my nose very thoroughly.
I breath perfectly now after surgery and my nose is a lot straighter (I had a severe deviated septum and other complications from a past surgery that he identified and corrected including a mirgrated graft and a droopy tip). I'm still quite swollen but look forward to seeing final results in a few months.

Some of the staff when I was lying in the ward forgot to bring me ice, water, but that's the way it is, I understand that they have a high workload and can't keep everything in their heads, so in the end they brought it a little later ) This is a trifle and the only small minus, I would not take it into account compared to the way they ran over me.

I am by nature a terrible panic-stricken person and before the trip I was worried about literally everything. Fears, fears, worries, worries - it was all there. I was very pleased with the fact that they started taking me into anaesthesia in the lift, and I didn't even see the operating room - I just woke up in a cosy room with large panoramic windows. We were brought straight to the hospital after arriving. Good transfer! Olga, our interpreter, met us at the hospital.
She was not only an interpreter but also a counsellor on many issues in Istanbul, as it was the first time we had been here. In the evening we took a blood test and in the morning I was operated. I came out of the anaesthesia easily, already in a new image. The doctor was very attentive, both before the operation, during the examination, and after. Service staff, very nice nurses, even though I did not understand them, but smiled doing their job and did not embarrass me. In the hospital I was with my husband only two nights, I felt good and we moved to the hotel (room large, clean with breakfast included!). We went to the dressing. There was always a transfer!
