I never felt alone for a minute - everything was explained in an easy-to-understand way and I was accompanied during all the procedures. Special thanks for organising the transfer: we were met at the airport, taken to the clinic every day and brought back to the hotel - everything was organised clearly, conveniently and without delays. Our stay in a cosy hotel near the clinic was very comfortable: clean rooms, caring staff and an atmosphere in which we could really relax and recover after the procedures. I was in Antalya for the first step and the care provided by the coordinator Eldar was really perfect. all transfers were punctual and comfortable. eldar was always at my side and did everything to make me feel comfortable. the treatment was surprisingly quick and precise. although I had a local anaesthetic, it was almost painless.The orthodontist must have been an expert.I was given all the medication and instructions.Although the whole thing was quite hard,I would always have my treatment done there again.Now the healing phase follows,then I can say exactly about the result.I am convinced that I will have a radiant smile.

Review of YEG Clinic Istanbul I would like to share my experience of my first visit to YEG Clinic Istanbul. My impressions are extremely positive! From the very beginning everything was organised at the highest level: I was met by a transfer, taken to the hotel, shown and told everything in detail. The next day I had my appointment at the clinic. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Throughout the whole visit, I was accompanied by a coordinator who helped me to communicate with the doctors, translated and explained each stage of the procedure - thanks to this there were no difficulties. The dental implant procedure was quick and absolutely painless. Despite having six implants, the whole operation took only about an hour! I am now going through the implants' engraftment phase and everything is going great at the moment - I feel great and am looking forward to my second visit to the clinic. My impressions from my first visit were great. I wholeheartedly recommend YEG Clinic to anyone looking for quality and caring dental care. Best wishes!

I was met at the airport and escorted to the hotel. Then they took me to the clinic and back every day, which was very convenient. I was welcomed at the clinic and all the services were performed. The staff and doctors are very attentive and professional. The crowns were done and fitted within the stated time frame. One of them for some reason did not hold up well, but the next day everything was corrected quickly and efficiently. I am very satisfied with the result and the work of the clinic and the interpreter's support. I recommend not to fly away immediately after the services are performed, but to give yourself an opportunity to observe for 1-2 days.

Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!

Liked: support from the prescriptionist at the clinic, help with any questions, good transfer from/to the airport and to the clinic during the treatment, some doctors did their job well (specifically the surgeon did a very good anaesthesia and good insertion of implants).
