I am very happy with this clinic. At first there were doubts, I chose for a long time. I read all the reviews.... But as a result I chose this clinic. And I was not mistaken. Everything was very well organised. The doctor showed the future result on the computer. We chose the option that I wanted. The next day we had the operation. The hospital and the staff couldn't have been better. I was taken care of the whole time. Then I was taken to a hotel. A week later the cast was removed. I had 24 hours online communication with the doctor. I didn't feel like I was alone. The doctor is very talented. You can't see the stitches at all. It's important to trust this doctor. Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor . I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused. And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor . 7 day after surgery

If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic
I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all. I am very grateful to my consultant doctor Stanislav from Bookimed for choosing the clinic and doctor, for his participation and support ❤️

The staff at the hospital where I was operated on was terrible, they didn’t even give me water on the day after the operation, the next day the translator told me that water was paid, that’s why they didn’t give me water, it’s terrible, the consultation with the doctor lasted a total of 5 minutes and 5 minutes before the operation. After the operation, I was left alone in the hospital, there was no support from the hospital staff, after the anesthesia, the translator asked me 15 times if I wanted to go to the hotel, but I could barely lift my head from the pillow, in the morning I was somehow able to get up, I was very dizzy, I was in a terrible state for 3 days, no one asked about my well-being, 2 weeks had passed since the day of the operation, after leaving home, the doctor was no longer interested in how my nose was, whether I was okay. I don’t like the result so far, the doctor only removed the hump, but the nose remained just as big, I’ll see after some time, maybe it will shrink, which I doubt. I signed almost all the documents in Turkish and English, they gave me recommendations for care on the day of departure when they were no longer needed, when I asked why they answered me in English, so you’ll just learn it.

The clinic was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the room was very comfortable with large windows that let in a lot of light, the interpreter was very kind and straightforward and the doctor was very competent. He put me at ease from the start and gave me good advice, and I'm very happy with the result.
The interpreter reassured me straight away and the doctor was very competent.
