Great from start to finish, picked up from airport to hotel always messaged to see I was ok.. medical day I understood everything as the coordinators explained everything in detail. The after care from the nurses was so good, they came in every 2-3 hours got me up and walking and gave me all my medications on time! Thank you to everyone

Ich habe vor 2 Wochen eine Bauchstraffung mit 360* Fettabsaugung in der Astethic Surgery Clinik in Istanbul bei Dr.Ergin Er machen lassen. Alles wurde über Bookimed für mich organisiert. Ich bekam eine deutsch sprechende Mitarbeiterin von Bookimed mit der ich per WhatsApp App alles im Vorfeld besprechen konnte. Am OP Tag lernte ich die Dolmetscherin die vor Ort für mich zuständig ist, persönlich kennen, zuvor hatten wir schon auf Deutsch geschrieben. Dr.Er war sehr nett und zeigte mir auf was möglich ist und was nicht.Mein 2.Tag in Istanbul war auch gleichzeitig mein OP Tag. Alles verlief so wie zuvor besprochen. Nach der OP wurde ich sehr gut durch ein junges Pflegeteam betreut, es war immer sofort jemand da der sich kümmerte. Ich hatte die ganze Zeit über keine Schmerzen und wurde medikamentös gut versorgt. Ich blieb 2 Tage in der Klinik und ging dann ins Hotel. Innerhalb der 7 Tage gab es 2 weitere Kontrolltermine,so dass ich mit einer grossen Sicherheit in den Flieger nach Deutschland steigen konnte. Auch bekam ich einen OP Bericht und eine Bescheinigung für den Flieger mit, damit ich während des Fluges öfter aufstehen und mich bewegen konnte. Jetzt 2 Wochen später muss ich sagen,dass ich von Tag zu Tag beweglicher und mit dem Ergebnis schon jetzt absolut zufrieden bin. Dabei ist die Schwellung noch nicht ganz abgeheilt Ich kann Bookimed für eine medizinische Reise jedem sehr empfehlen, dort ist man in guten Händen und rundum ist alles gut organisiert

Everything was 💯% from arrival at airport to transfer to hotel and clinic appointments. The 24 hours round the clock assistance from the beautiful ladies I couldn’t have asked for any better. And to the doctor himself all I can say is this man knows what he’s doing I put my trust in him to fly round the world for him to work on my body. I am in love with the new me Outstanding results. Before reading this review I want to make is completely clear that Dr. Ozenlap did a fantastic job. He was always present for anything that happened before and after the surgery. His team are amazing and kind. They take the time to help you. After leaving I have contacted him a few times and he responds right away with voice messages. Returning to Canada my post op nurse said my tummy tuck was one of the best she has seen done in Turkey. I would recommend contacting his clinic directly to arrange a consult and/or surgery as I will when I come for additional services. I highly recommend him. I had dealt with Zeneyp through the entire process and she was really helpful but as the date of my arrival approached it was just a bit more difficult. I did land in Istanbul on April 21st to do some traveling beforehand. A few days before I was to leave I followed up with her about my transportation from the airport. She told me it was too early (4 days) to set up the group chat. I then checked in with her the night before I flew out where I got the information. During our messages I confirmed with Zeneyp what my check in and out days would be since I was there a few days before hand. She confirmed I would check out April 24th and return on April 27th to the hotel (as outlined in my iteintery) I messaged the group chat on the 23rd asking when I would be picked up and was told I was not being picked up until the day of surgery of April 25th. I was ultimately charged for this date. When being admitted to the hospital on the 25th I was informed that the anesthesiologist would not go ahead because of the Lithium I take without it being in my system. One of my first messages with Zeneyp was the medications that I take. I was even asked to clarify my use of another medication so I know thought these would be recorded during the intake. While Canada will operate I understand that Turkey does not. If I had been made aware of this I would have received guidance from my doctor if I needed to stop the medication before I left for Turkey. Brining this up to Zeneyp she said that the anesthesiologist doesn’t know beforehand and this is how it works. I am certain that a surgeon and anesthesiologist would look at a file before preforming a surgery, like when it gets approved by the surgeon. Not when they’re walking into the hospital. Notifying the surgeon, etc of meds would have been her job and I Would be pretty confident that she erred in this. I would make sure that all your medications are checked before you leave for the long travel to Turkey so you are not delayed or worse yet, turned away. I was originally scheduled for a tummy tuck with Dr. Emre Ozanlap on April 25th, which was then delayed to April 28th because information about medication I take was not given to him prior to my arrival in Turkey. I was not provided with any reason on why there is no discussion between medical professionals prior to a decent size surgery. No matter how I tried to get a better explanation she would not give me one. This ended up with me having to pay an extra 3 days for the hotel (6 if we include both of the hospital arrival dates that were outlined) and a new flight home. **surgery happens** A couple days after my operation I go for my check up and your medical coordinator, Hisham, asked me about if I was getting lymphatic massages and was surprised I hadn’t been offered any. I was then contacted by Zenyep afterwards and set one up. During my initial massage the nurse was getting my incision tape contaminated (proper health measures were taken by her). I asked if this was ok and she said yes. I scheduled one for the next day and when the nurse saw the dirty tape she got on the phone with Zenyep. They spoke in Turkish so I don’t know what was said. The nurse fully took off my tape and told me Zeneyp would come by sometime with tape and I agreed I could re tape it once I got it. I waited a while and touched base with her with no response so I went and found a pharmacy for the tape because I flew out in a couple hours and did not want my incision just open. I later received a message that it was Sunday and the pharmacy’s were closed. Upon me telling her I just left a pharmacy she told me it was her day off. She was prepared to have me leave with an open incision while traveling over 18 hours. That was my last interaction with her. During the whole entire time she was never was accountable, apologetic or even empathetic. Always dodging any questions for clarification but basically saying “this is the way” The lack of due diligence by her or Doctor K Clinic as a whole could have left me in a worse situation physically than the inconvenience of the financial situation I find myself in. I do not recommend using their service for booking your surgeries. PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THE ABOVE REVIEW OF DR. OZENLAP.

We chose a doctor for my daughter for a long time and left our choice on Dr. Hakan, he is a doctor from God, his hands are golden, he performed a triple operation for my daughter, brachioplasty, breast implants and reverse abdominoplasty, 5 days have passed since the operation, and it is still difficult to judge objectively about the results, but the stitches that Dr. Hakan makes are a work of art, and the most important thing is how he instills confidence in the patient, my daughter immediately came to her senses after the follow-up examination with the doctor, Thank you very much Dr. Hakan for your patience and professionalism. Young, handsome and talented. I would also like to say about his team, Dr MED’s assistant, Narmina and Mukhlise. Narmina has such sympathy, and can also calm down and give confidence, Mukhlisa is a joyful girl, always positive, always ready to help. The only thing I didn’t like was the location of the hotel, it is located on a mountain, and it is not very easy for a person after surgery to make descents and ascents. Of course, transfers are provided, but the rest of the time you are in the hotel, I really hope for an excellent result of the operation, for this you need to wait 6 months.

7 days ago I had a circular facelift surgery, it’s too early to talk about the result. I will definitely add a review later. I want to say that doctor Aykut GÖK is a professional in his field. The medical staff is very attentive. I had two translators, they were simply super, Semra and Muhlise, very attentive. In a year I want to have blepharoplasty done at the Dr.MED clinic.

I was so looked after, even though I was completely on my own, it didn't feel that way at all. From pre, during and after surgery EVERYTHING was tailored made to my unique personal and medical needs. I am very thankful for the beyond excellent care of Ege, the holistic expertise of Dr. Ilker, the brilliant nursing staff and the helpful drivers. From the bottom of my heart thank you so much... All of you have contributed to an Indomitable woman whom is able to live life from now on and not just SURVIVE!.... New Body, New Life! At the Dr.Med clinic, diastasis suturing, 360 liposuction, and abdominoplasty were performed. Before surgery, consult with a Doctor. Operated on Op. Dr. Hakan TEYMUR. Everything went very well. The stay at the clinic was with high quality postoperative care. The doctor is very professional, attentive and responsive. Our coordinator was Narmina. Also always in touch. All issues were resolved quickly and clearly. Special thanks to Muhlise, Semra and the whole team.

I had liposuction and a tummy tuck. I am very glad that I chose this clinic, it is very clean, neat, good cozy rooms. Special thanks to the coordinator Elvina, she gives all of herself, and the nurses are all very nice and sympathetic, a huge thank you to all of them!!!!

Turkey is the most beautiful country i have ever seen in my life! I never thought any place could outdo Brazil but i was wrong.
