We had a crown and a filling done promptly at the clinic. The coordinator Valeria was very helpful and advised with everything I asked her about and translated everything to the doctor promptly. Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. I am very satisfied with the treatment and competence of the doctor. Everything was done quickly and painlessly. The bad thing is that when the bill was issued, the types of services, types of implants and prices for the services were not specified. The patient does not have public access to this information. I requested it separately, but was never given anything. As a result, I have no information about which implants I have and what the total cost was. The initial cost was much less than the actual cost.

The quality of the zirconia based crowns are poor. They turned yellow in a week. I would be posting audio and actual video of my experience at this clinic on google reviews and yelp with subtitles shortly. I highly recommend if you are from the USA and are accustomed to our medical standards you would be greatly disappointed. Save your money and do not go to any dental clinic in Turkey as the standards of service and quality of product is way below the worse dental clinic you can find in the USA.

I liked everything, pleasant staff, comfortable, qualified doctors. The first step on arrival at the clinic was an examination, a panoramic image. I had not had a panoramic image before, there were changes in my treatment, but I was prepared for them, as I knew the condition of my teeth. After my consent, I had 21 zirconium crowns placed, 3 teeth extracted and 4 implants placed. My visit was 4 days. Everything went well. In half a year I can go for implant crowns. I think I made the right choice.

I would like to emphasise the medical staff and especially the surgeon who did my tooth extraction and implants. Super professional!!! I hope she will be the one to work with me on my second visit for crowns. Super positive and pleasant person, and most importantly - truly dedicated to her work.

I had the first stage, namely removal and implantation, and to tell you the truth, everything went as well as possible, painless and professional. Excellent and confident team of doctors who know what they are doing and do it to the highest standard. The presence of an interpreter at every stage of the clinic, and online support after the procedures, was very convenient. Comfortable transfer, and excellent accommodation in a good hotel with all amenities😊

I am still at the beginning of the process of implants and zirconia crowns, so I can't say anything about the overall result. As for my first visit to the clinic, I liked everything about it, with the exception of the minor disadvantages, which look so small against the background of all the other advantages that they are not worth mentioning. The clinic was modern and comfortable, the staff was attentive and polite. Bookimed coordinators were always on call and always answered any questions in detail. The shuttle service was timely and comfortable at all times of the day. The hotel in the city centre within walking distance to the seafront, attractions and shopping was just perfect, the hotel staff were lovely and kind people, breakfast (though vegetarian) was included. Thank you so much to everyone who made my 4 days in Izmir feel more like a mini holiday than a treatment.
