I was coming in from the US, so the first people I was in contact with were the coordinators (Ege and Sebnem) they arranged my transportation as well as accommodations. They were very helpful, fluent in english and readily available to address any problems or concerns that I had. The clinic itself was modern and well kept. A good amount of the staff can speak english well and their hospitality is some of the best I have received anywhere. The most important person on this trip was obviously my surgeon Dr. Ece Kalafatlar. She performed gynecomastia Surgery on me and this lady knows how to do her job. She is a fluent English speaker, she explains everything in detail, she addresses any and all of your concerns. I felt comfortable going into surgery and I was very pleased by my results. She followed up with me 2 times after the surgery to make sure everything was progressing as it should and to make sure I was ready for my 22 hr trip back home. I would recommend her to anybody needing to get anything done. Everything was great from the very start, initially I was able to connect with Rabi to communicate details via WhatsApp which was a smooth process and was fast to respond considering our time differences. The best part was not having to worry about hotel stay, transportation etc. everything is included in the costs and they make you well aware of that including the fee if using credit card. There’s no hidden fees or unexpected occurrences. Daniela greeted me on arrival at the clinic, she speaks perfect english and is able to answer any questions from start to finish. She made my stay very comfortable, was there at all hours to answer any questions and was so kind! She is very thoughtful and thorough in providing instructions. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude. My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

I had such an amazing experience, firstly I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Linda. We spoke lots before I came and she answered all my questions and made me feel really at ease before I travelled. She sent a vip car to the airport to collect me and gave the driver a big bag of snacks and drinks and sweets for me which was so nice of her. I arrived to my hotel which was beautiful 5 star, the staff were so nice and didn’t let me lift a finger. The next morning Linda sent another VIP car to collect me and bring me to the hospital where she was there to meet me with her lovely kind smiling face. She stayed with me all day until I had my operation in the evening, she knew how anxious I was and tried to take my mind off it by sitting chatting laughing with me, it really worked! The nurses in the hospital were so kind and helpful, although they’re was a language barrier this didn’t matter they understood me as a human and took great care of me. One of the nurses even ordered me a kebab when I woke from my operation as I could not do it from my phone I tried to give her the money but she refused I will never forget this girl she was so nice. Linda came to collect me the next day and i returned to my hotel to rest, i told her that i had poor sleep in the hospital and she got me some medication to help with this along with lots of other medication and essentials from the pharmacy she really did think of everything. On these next few days i continued to have support from Linda, she came to my hotel with the doctor to remove my bandages and also helped me to wash my hair as I wasn’t able to do it alone. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the whole process without Linda, she is an amazing lady and deserves a lot of credit for what she does. She has such a kind caring nature about her and I instantly knew that I could trust her. I spoke with her about some other procedures I would like done and she took my photos to discuss with the doctors and Is preparing a plan for me at the moment, I honestly could not ask for better care this time so I will 100% be returning for my other treatments later in the year. I trust Linda with my life and I would recommend Asya hospital for any treatment. Thankyou so much to all the doctors nurses and people behind the scenes that made this all possible, I finally have my confidence back and I’m looking forward to my future (something I wasn’t able to do for a long time) I’m forever grateful to you all ❤️

I decided to pick Hair in Istanbul, because I could see no negatives reviews and they were recommended to me by Bookimed. I then heavily researched this clinic online before making a decision. I could tell once I met with the medical team that I had made a good choice on coming to this clinic. This is a good clinic, and the medical team who carried out the procedure were highly skilled, professional, and considerate. Once, they started taking grafts I could tell these people know what they were doing. On my initial WhatsApp consultation, I was told they would be able to extract 3000 grafts but, they actually extracted 4800 and so they implanted some additional grafts in the crown area of my head free of charge. They implanted every single graft in which meant they took longer than scheduled. I will send the photographic results of my hair and beard transplant after 6 months has passed. I also give Hair permission to pass on my contact details to anyone who wants to contact me with questions about my experience as a client at this clinic.​ ​ I'd like to give a special thank you to Yulia, Mehmet Ali, and particularly the highly professional and extremely talented medical team of technicians who carried out the actual procedure. I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. Everything is simply amazing. Once again, many thanks to Christina, Valeria and Dr. Göksel Kalyaz for their professionalism.
