Dr Hanna’s support and coordination. It was truly an effortless experience knowing she was there to help meet all my needs. Her support gave me the comfort in using health services outside the US.
Nothing major. Took a little time to get my final report (about a week). The doctors assistant was apparently sick but I was happy regardless since the results of the colonoscopy and endoscopy were given immediately after the procedure.

Honest review!!! Had a gastrochecap! I was satisfied with the procedure! Fast, competent, everything was clear and accessible! The price is average (in Germany, for example, the same procedure is three times more expensive 🤷‍♂️)! The whole procedure lasted 20 minutes under sedation! Results and recommendations were immediately within 5 minutes after the procedure! During the procedure (endoscopy and colonoscopy) I did not feel the slightest discomfort! I can confidently recommend this clinic! Personally, I was satisfied 👍

I liked only the well-coordinated work of the team of radiologists The rest of the review is negative and if to describe all that I had to experience during the days of examination, what moral, psychological and physiological trauma I received, this report will take 2-3 pages. We returned to the hospital for an unplanned, emergency visit after my father's usual post-transplant check ups. I can't thank enough Aliser for being so helpful and available in arranging everything last minute (on a Sunday!). The doctor's expertise and empathy is second to none. Firstly, the examination was at 2 pm, the day before the examination they wanted to postpone it to 11 am. I arrived from another country early at 12 pm. I filled out the documents in 30 minutes and sat in the corridor until 5 pm (I didn't eat anything for almost 24 hours). It was agreed to do an ultrasound and gastroscopy with a biopsy. They only did a gastroscopy. No one returned the money for the biopsy. At first they served foreign clients, they told me to wait until the end of the working day. Horrible attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ukrainians for sure... they have a different attitude towards foreign guests..)))

We did not go to the clinic, we sent histology for review. Answers waited a long time and pulled out, we can say with forceps. All the answers were very concise, constantly had to ask for the addition. They paid for the advice of the doctor, but in fact did not receive it. In general, this hospital disappointed us. A very professional team. I had a translator throughout to not only do translation but guide me to the places I needed to be. Very clean and welcoming place. The prices are discussed prior to your arrival and appointment booking. There is also a transfer car that can be arranged on the days that you need it.
